Holy! Holy! Holy! God You are so holy! We bow down to You today. We give to You all of who we are. Its not enough for us to just walk thru every day. We want Your manifest presence with us each moment to guard us and guide us thru this world.. we are strangers here, foreigners.

Isaiah 9:2-4 (The Message)

The people who walked in darkness

   have seen a great light.

For those who lived in a land of deep shadows—

   light! sunbursts of light!

You repopulated the nation,

   you expanded its joy.

Oh, they're so glad in Your presence!

   Festival joy!

The joy of a great celebration,

   sharing rich gifts and warm greetings.

The abuse of oppressors and cruelty of tyrants—

   all their whips and cudgels and curses—

Is gone, done away with, a deliverance

   as surprising and sudden as Gideon's old victory over Midian.

Isaiah 9:6-7 (Amplified Bible)

6   For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given;

and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace.

    7  Of the increase of His government and of peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from the [latter] time forth, even forevermore.

The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

The zeal of the Lord shall perform this. A Son is given. The Message Bible puts it like this:

For a child has been born—for us!

   the gift of a son—for us!

He'll take over

   the running of the world.

His ruling authority will grow,

   and there'll be no limits to the wholeness He brings.

The Child Jesus was given to us and it's at Christmas we celebrate this great gift of God, the gift of His very own Son. He’ll take over the running of the world. His ruling authority shall grow and there will be no limits to the wholeness He brings. Amplified says, over His kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from the [latter] time forth, even forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of Hosts will perform this.

We invite You Jesus to come rule our world and especially our nation. Seems there are those who want to rule it and not with justice. The enemy has established a stronghold over Washington DC and over our land. We stand against that dark enemy Lord. We claim You as our God and King

Isaiah 40:9-11 O you who bring good tidings to Zion, get up to the high mountain. O you who bring good tidings to Jerusalem, lift up your voice with strength, lift it up, be not afraid; say to the cities of Judah, Behold your God!

    10 Behold, the Lord God will come with might, and His arm will rule for Him. Behold, His reward is with Him, and His recompense before Him.

    11 He will feed His flock like a shepherd: He will gather the lambs in His arm, He will carry them in His bosom and will gently lead those that have their young.

Yes, this is the God we serve in gladness. Lead us Holy Spirit in our battles and give us the words You would use in this battle for our nation. and in our daily lives. We praise You Holy God!

PRAY

John 3:34-36 (The Message)

"The One that God sent speaks God's words. And don't think he rations out the Spirit in bits and pieces. The Father loves the Son extravagantly. He turned everything over to him so he could give it away—a lavish distribution of gifts. That is why whoever accepts and trusts the Son gets in on everything, life complete and forever! And that is also why the person who avoids and distrusts the Son is in the dark and doesn't see life. All he experiences of God is darkness, and an angry darkness at that.”

Father God, You are faithful! You are our Commander-in-Chief. Lead us as we use the weapon of the Word to speak out . Father we know You are the One Who desires us to be successful in this battle so this nation can be one to lead all peoples to you. We can fulfill the great commission. But we need to be at peace and live in prosperity to be senders to all nations where You direct.

We come against the enemies, Greed and Fear for they are hungry to devour us as a people. We bind these dark demons in th e name of Jesus. You demons are commanded to cease and desist your assignments in this country. Lord send Your angel armies to construct blockages to the words and work of these dark spirits of Greed and Fear. Father God loose Your brightness of love and truth to our land.

Let our people come to truly know You.
