Staring at my hand laying on the floor, I thought “how strange”. It was like I had lost all communication with it. Ok my arm was broken there was no doubt, but Why?
Psalm 91 says
No evil will befall you, Nor will any plague come near your tent.
11 For He will command His angels in regard to you, To protect and defend and guard you in all your ways [of obedience and service]. 12 They will lift you up in their hands, So that you do not [even] strike your foot against a stone.
The accident flashed in my mind like a Walt Disney cartoon. I was bending down to kiss my husband, and one leg of his bar stool at our kitchen counter reached out and tripped me, actually flinging me forward. My Wonder Woman character tried to get her feet under her body, but it was traveling too fast. And Wonder Woman, who forgot to bring her brakes, crash landed into the patio door/cabinet area.
Hubby called 911 and those guys showed up in 3 to 5 minutes to painlessly scape me off the floor. They are truly good at their job. They established that I had broken my humerus bone. I told them I did not think it was very funny. My sense of humor was in tact.
At the hospital it was determined that my unfunny bone was broken in 4 places, and the breaks were not nice clean ones. Now here was where the blessing really comes in! God is so good! He sent me a totally awesome surgeon to put my Humpty Dumpty arm back together again. It took tiny screws plus 11 big ones. Another blessing ~ neither my elbow nor my shoulder were broken. God protected me.
Then how come the enemy could trip me up? Yes I have the answer. You see, a couple of weeks before, following God’s urging, I signed up for a faith conference for my youngest daughter and myself. The enemy did not want us to go. That thought was solidified in my mind when on the day of departure my body began rebelling. My digestive system was not right and I felt listless, energyless. Knowing it was the enemy, I got busy and packed, got ready, began to pray and enlist a couple of prayer warriors for encouragement. I started praying and calling around for prayer. AWMI prayer gave me Luke 10:19 and that Scripture was what I needed;
Luke 10:19 (AMP)
19 Listen carefully: I have given you authority [that you now possess] to tread on [a]serpents and scorpions, and [the ability to exercise authority] over all the power of the enemy (Satan); and nothing will [in any way] harm you.
I knew for sure by then that the enemy was working against our trip, but I was determined to obey God! As we travelle toward the conference, I could feel the Spirit of God fill our vehicle. We went to the conference singing praises to God!! It was a really excellent meeting! Hallelujah
LESSON: If you know it is God's will, stand firm, pray Scripture against satan's interference, and move forward no matter how you feel. God will help you.
We never know all that is happening, but we can figure it out when we talk to God about it. He was also testing me; we become stronger through the challenge!
Ephesians 6:14 (NIV)
14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,
God is so good! He loves us so much!! And I love Him too!!

Indeed we live in a different world. It’s like a caldron ready to boil over. There will be much shifting in the next months, Not gentle movement, but wild and raucus. If mountains could walk, I think they would run away. Yea, it will not be easy for any us. However, for those who know and trust the Lord, it will be somewhat less unsettling. For we can trust God to take care of us.
It will be"Something different - something new and some place that's new for us. A difference, a change, a turn, an alteration - it's for our destination.“ It's My will and My plan. Anointed and ordained by Me," saith the Lord.
"Ordained by Me to fulfill, to go through, to press ahead, and to walk in the new. Yes, it is another level. Yes, it will be a new place for you and for Me.( Ordained by God to walk in new different ways.
No, you will not be contained. No, you cannot be held back. Ordained to move ahead, to contend, to speak, to say, call, and pray. The spirit of prayer. The Spirit of the Living God.)
Fire - We have consuming fires right now especially in California and Colorado. God also is called ‘a consuming fire’. He is that powerful; He is that presence and the anointing that breaks off bondage, lack, indifference, and status quo burns it up. He also calls us to come closer, and that happens by obedience. My friends, this is the time to reconstruct your life around our almighty Creator! Complacency will only bring heartbreak.
Over into the new. It's a new phase and these are new days. Don't look back. Don't go back. Don't want to go back. Don't need to go back, but look ahead. Contending for the new. New operations from Heaven for you. Believe it and you will see it. Expect it and you will walk in the fullness of it.
Turning, turning, turning, turning it by your words and your expectations. Increase! Increase! Increase in every way! Open, open, open, open all of those ways. Doors of opportunity, supernatural favor, Holy Spirit given favor will go before you. Days of glory!
Fire within you to continually contend. Fire - fire for the desire! For the increased choosing to walk in these right ways. OBEDIENCE! More and more and more and more! That will be completed and that will be finished. That is finished and it will manifest itself in its entirety. Restarted and restored. It's new! It's not over! It's not finished! New clothes - white, clean, cleansed, washed and made new in the Blood of Jesus!. New days!"
New days, new ways, Holy Spirit led. Your ways Lord. Only Your ways!
Isaiah 40:3 (Amplified Bible) A voice of one who cries: Prepare in the wilderness the way of the Lord [clear away the obstacles]; make straight and smooth in the desert a highway for our God!

GPAN A Word from the Lord came forth... "Right there," saith the Lord. "Right in that way and right in that step, everything that is necessary to follow the call - right in that step and in that plan - that's My purpose and that's My plan.
In that step there is a way, there was a way, and there will continue to be a way - all the way through. [GOD HAS A WAY WHEN THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WAY!]
Even through the contending, even in the press - you are blessed. Blessed beyond measure, blessed to fulfill, and blessed to keep on contending.
Even when it looks like there is a hill, you in the power of the Blood shall go through. Right over and into more - more of My will, My plan, My strength, and My purpose coming through you. So the Blood, so the Name, so My authority IN you, goes with you all the way through.
You Lord God planted my future in me while I was still in my mother's womb. My gifts my purpose was formed in me way back then! Now You are still continuing to guide me in m
ways that help me fulfill what You designed me to be and do. I was born for such a time as this!
Moving from one year to the next, one step to the next, one season to the next - equipped, empowered, strengthened inside everyone of you. So your prayers, so the words that you say have had an effect in this hour. Moving from one step to the next, stepping over into the new. Yes, new days, new times, and new authority; if you'll walk in it and believe for it,My plan, My will, and My purpose will work for you and for yours all throughout the days, weeks, months, and years of this life. Prosperity is in you through Me and My strong hand. New favor. New territory. New strength in you - uncovered and revealed for you to fulfill.
Lord God, powerful magnificent majestic Lord God, Creator of the Universe!! You are God of Gods! Lord of Lords! Before You I bow down my entire being, joyfully submitting to You! You are august and wonderful, mighty and grand! Your love is powerful and overwhelming, Your faithfulness legend! My God there is no way I am able to thank You for Your goodness to me. I submit my will in obedience to You.
Moving from one step to the next, one season to the next - equipped, empowered, strengthened inside everyone. So your prayers, so the words that you say have had an effect in this hour. Moving from one step to the next, stepping over into the new. Yes, new days, new times, and new authority if you'll walk in it and believe for it.
Lord the prophecy above from GPAN ends with Your plan, your will, Your purpose for me . . it’s for me if I walk in new authority and believe in it: Even when it looks like there is a hill, You said, "in the power of the Blood you shall go through. Right over and into more -“ more of My will, My plan, My strength, and My purpose coming through you.” I believe it!
So the Blood, so the Name, so My authority IN you, goes with you all the way through.
Father I believe. I will continue to walk and if there is a hill I shall continue to walk and pray and trust in You. In the power of the blood I shall walk over and into more . . . more of Your will, Your plan, Your strength, and Your purpose coming though me. Holy Spirit, keep me securely on Your path. The Blood, the Name, Your Authority in me goes with me all the way thru my life
Look at what Jesus says about being glorified in John 17:1-2
...Father, the hour has come. Glorify and exalt and honor and magnify your Son, so that Your Son may glorify and extol and honor and magnify You. [Just as] You have granted Him power and authority over all flesh (all humankind), [now glorify Him] so that He may give eternal life to all whom You have given Him.
I believe what this is saying is that we are not able to glorify God unless He first glorifies us. We have to get into the place where He does the glorifying...
...Virtually every other time God performed mighty acts on the earth it was in connection with His people pulling away from the cares of the world to spend time in His presence.
Far too often the emphasis has been placed on what we need to do in order to see God's glory manifested. Well, I repeat ~ the most important thing we need to do is pull away from the world and come up into God's presence and just be there! Then He can prepare us for opportunities in such a way that a continual supply of God flowing through you and me, will supply people's needs and their desires.
Now, you may feel like Peter did up on the mountain of transfiguration, wanting to capture God's glory and just stay there with Him, but you can't. Like Jesus told Peter and the others, He says to us today: "Come on guys...we have work to do. We have to come down from here and go to the others so that they too may see the glory of God manifested."
Don't ever feel condemned about waiting on God. When we wait on Him, great things take place and He releases His power and strength into our lives.
Isaiah 40:29-31 says,
He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. (NKJV)
This word 'wait' here means "to braid," which gives us a picture of being intertwined with God just like hair is braided and woven together. (I really like this picture ~ me braided with God.) The Amplified version of verse 31 says that those who wait on the Lord "...shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up close to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired." Hallelujah!
There are many more examples of waiting in the presence of God in the Word. I encourage all to study them for yourself. Learn how time spent in the presence of God is vital to finishing our course. In His presence is fullness of joy, and the joy of the Lord is our strength! While we are there before Him, His glory equips us to run our race and do what we could never do in our own strength. I challenge all to set aside time regularly to just come and be with God and allow Him to change and empower you for His purposes!
Hebrews 5:7 (Amp)
In the days of His flesh [Jesus] offered up definite, special petitions [for that which He not only wanted but needed] and supplications with strong crying and tears to Him Who was [always] able to save Him [out] from death, and He was heard because of His reverence toward God [His godly fear, His piety, in that He shrank from the horrors of separation from the bright presence of the Father]
We, too, must spend time in reverential love with Jesus telling Him our innermost thoughts, desires, problems, sorrows, pain, and adoration as we just sit and talk honestly to Him. Forget not to thank Him. We owe Jesus so much, it's a debt that must be paid. Pledge your love and life to Him. The time is now!

Baptism 9/20/2020 You Father raised me, Mary, up together with Jesus and gave me new vision to guide my life. I love You!
So that means I can see from Your perspective through Jesus eyes. I can see what’s happening on the earth and see with, yes, Your perspective. My eyes see, my ears hear Your heart. Help me act as Jesus in any situation. I plead for grace to do what I see Jesus would do. There is no place I would rather be than here in Your Presence. If it is possible, let me live every moment in Your Presence. Jesus, the apostles lived in Your very Presence as You walked the earth. Now I can walk in Your very Presence with Holy Spirit indwelling me.
Jesus! Jesus! Jesus! Your name is mighty and powerful and all must bow before Your name! Jesus You walked the earth as a man to teach us to know the Father and His love for us. And You came to take on our sin debt, so our life on earth is just the beginning of our heavenly life with You.
I want to know You Jesus in a deeper way, to know how to live and express Your Spirit within me. Jesus Your love for us is something hard to comprehend, because what You did for me is die a horrible death so I could live. You love me, Mary, so much You were willing to go through excruciating pain for me. Why? Because You love me.
Jesus, if we stand face to face now today, what would You say to me? What would I say to You? You ask, what is truth here Mary? . . . I would shrivel up to nothing, shrink down to a puddle. I am so insignificant. I repent.of my pride Jesus, You say to me to not get drowned in Your crucifixion pain. Move past the pain into mission. That is, ‘show your love for me through obedience.’
So, ok, I was a scribe for Your book, now I am to be Your campaigner. I hear. I obey. Open those doors You would have me walk through. Clearly show what steps You wish me to take. I am willing. I am concerned about timing and I command the enemy to take his hands off of any holdup it may try to put on testimonies. I place them in Your hands and trust in You, my Lord!!
Father, help me hear. Give me Your grace to do as You command. I bow before Jesus, my King of kings! Interesting, I am seeing in me the old drive to go to the top person when something needs doing. And my God I see Father as top person. I am messed up here Lord. You are God, three in one. You are equal each as powerful, each all knowing, one in the same God! Father You instructed me to get to know Your Son Jesus. Holy Spirit of Jesus, teach me, immerse me in Your love, that I may be obedient to my Father.
Jesus, You are the key to many things I need to understand. Your word says You are also the “door”. A door is an entryway into a new place, a new vision. I want to know You deeper more intimately, discern the desires of Your heart and relate with my heart in Yours. I am hungry for You my Jesus.
Deuteronomy 30:19-20 (New Living Translation) “Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live! You can make this choice by loving the Lord your God, obeying him, and committing yourself firmly to him. This is the key to your life. And if you love and obey the Lord, you will live long in the land the Lord swore to give your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.”
Proverbs 4:12-13 (New Living Translation) When you walk, you won’t be held back; when you run, you won’t stumble. Take hold of my instructions; don’t let them go. Guard them, for they are the key to life.
Jesus, You are the "door" the entryway into life itself, true life, not just existence, but a life of meaning and purpose. And Your teachings are the key to open the 'door'.

A great man once said:
WHEN WE PRAY our first priority is not to move mountains or to cast out the devil, our first priority is to grow closer to God and step deeper into His Glory. When stepping deeper into His glory, we need to see ourselves righteous and washed in the precious Blood of Jesus.
Jesus, I want to step deeper into Your glory. You have made me righteous and You have cleansed me of sin. Therefore I can come into Your glory. The Word says:
Ephesians 2:6-10 (TPT)
6 He raised us up with Christ the exalted One, and we ascended with him into the glorious perfection and authority of the heavenly realm, for we are now co-seated[a] as one with Christ!
7 Throughout the coming ages[b] we will be the visible display of the infinite, limitless riches of his grace and kindness, which was showered upon us in Jesus Christ. 8 For it was only through this wonderful grace that we believed in Him. Nothing we did could ever earn this salvation, for it was the gracious gift from God that brought us to Christ! 9 So no one will ever be able to boast, for salvation is never a reward for good works or human striving.
10 We have become his poetry,[c] a re-created people that will fulfill the destiny he has given each of us, for we are joined to Jesus, the Anointed One. Even before we were born, God planned in advance our destiny and the good works[d] we would do to fulfill it!
Ephesians 2:6 To be “placed” or “seated” in heaven means we have been given the perfection and authority to be there.
Ephesians 2:7 The Aramaic can be translated “universes.”
Ephesians 2:10 The beautiful Greek word used here is translated “poem” or “poetry.” Our lives are the beautiful poetry written by God that will speak forth all that he desires in life.
Ephesians 2:10 Although implied, these good works make up our destiny. As we yield to God, our prearranged destiny comes to pass and we are rewarded for simply doing what He wanted us to accomplish.
GOD had a plan and a purpose for our life when we were still forming in our mother's womb; my prayer is that He will give me the courage, the grace to see it and to live it. [So many of God's"plans" are murdered before they ever leave the womb. I repent for our nation Lord and plead Your mercy over us.]
Lord God, You have a purpose for each life, and we thank You for the grace to fufill it. It is only by that gift we can accomplish our destiny. Thank You!
KJVersion: 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
This scripture created a picture in my nind~
It seems as though life is a puzzle. All of the pieces are created with our free will; when we choose Jesus as Lord, the puzzle pieces are gathered into a box. On the front is a picture of our life and the lives affected by our life. As we walk the path yielding to our glorious all powerful God, the puzzle is put together in the design He created.
We are filled with satisfaction and joy knowing we are co-working with God to create the final picture. Happiness comes from knowing not just that we are working with Jesus, but in that we are helping others with their life puzzle as well. God’s composition is immense, and we are just a tiny part of the whole, but for us it is fulfilling the purpose God deposited in each of us. He shapes us to fit that purpose!

Jeremiah 10:12-13 (New Living Translation) But God made the earth by his power, and he preserves it by his wisdom. With his own understanding He stretched out the heavens. 13 When He speaks in the thunder, the heavens roar with rain. He causes the clouds to rise over the earth. He sends the lightning with the rain and releases the wind from his storehouses.
Father, I come humbly before You this morning. It’s You Who are life. I am nothing without You, Holy Spirit. Perhaps that is why I am at loose ends. I am really in need of Your help Holy Spirit! Where do You want me to go from here? I so desire a deeper stronger relationship with You!
You gave me Jeremiah 12:12-13 above. You Lord God are all powerful! You created this beautiful, magnificent earth full of wonders. Mountains tall! Rivers wide and deep! Melting snow causing mountain streams to begin to grow and cascade full force down the mountainside. Flowers of a myriad scents and colors! Trees that rest in winter and miraculously begin a blooming process in the spring, new life. Refreshing moisture in rains and in frozen rain, that is snow. Beautiful white snow that covers up and reshapes our world for a time. Waterfalls that leap over cliffs in rushing tumults crashing thunderously in the frothing pools below.
In Your power You made beasts of every size and variety, all in perfect order, all knit together working in Your plan. Yes, You put a plan in the workings of this world. In Your wisdom You planned how everything is to function to continue each species of plant and animal. All working in harmony to go on into perpetuity.
Then You created man to intermingle in the beauty and harmony. Now Your wisdom alone can preserve what You created. Man and his sin can sure mess it up. Bring us into alignment with Your perfect wisdom, Father. You created man in Your image and likeness. I am created in Your image and likeness. Preserve me by Your wisdom. I trust in, lean on, and rely on You.
Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV)
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.
With Your own understanding You stretched out the heavens. You send down the rain; You cause the thunders to shout and the lightenings to flash. You send the wind to blow and warn and exude Your power as it moves systems of storms about the earth. Its all YOU! You are in control. And that is good, as I certainly am not capable of controlling anything. This I am finding out. However, I can always count on You as my loving Lord to work on situations beyond my control causing tthem to come out well for me. Thank You!
You have shown me that as I hungered for You, as I struggle in the dark, it's the same for many people ~ there seems to be no answer ~ unless they know YOU. In other countries, third world countries, they thirst for and eagerly accept the Gospel. But in our nation, we have so much pride, we do not want to humble ourselves. Pride is the sin that separates us from God. He is in control, always has been, always will be. My friends, to know God best consider bowing down your head and your heart to Him. Lay at His feet in abject humility; abase yourself before Him. Allow Him alone to raise you up. See that He is above all things. You truly are the answer, Lord.
Really, who am I to refuse to bow before Him? Did I make myself? Did I create the wonders of this human body? What is my great accomplishment that I believe myself unwilling to bow before the King of Kings? You know, the One who came to earth in order that I might come to know the all powerful, all loving God for myself; and Who then died an ugly horribly painful death to pay my sin-debt. He freed me from a sin nature where I was blinded by satan and could not see the truth; where sin called and I answered. Now I have accepted Jesus gift of salvation from that sin nature, and instead have received Jesus’ divine nature. Now I see accurately and clearly know and receive my God’s love. You are so good, my Lord!
My friends, pride will hold back many from accepting Jesus as Lord. Holy Spirit, show me the sword of the Word that will battle for Your children. They suffer from FEAR of rejection; fear of being hurt again; fear of failure; fear of past mirages. FEAR is the enemy’s favorite weapon. Lord I want to help others to find You! You are THE answer! No matter the problem, the fear, You are the complete answer! Help me Lord to help others.

Can the bride think of anything but her groom? Yet you think of many things that do not include Me, saith the Lord.
Where are My devoted ones, My set-apart ones who hunger for My presence? (I felt deep sadness and grief) Where are those who long after and watch for My return?
Where is the worship due My holy name? Where are My worshipers? Why do they sing songs of praise to the world and not to Me? (terrible grief in His voice)
Why, after all I do for you, do you chase after other gods, other lovers? Why is it you will bow to the opinions and desires of those around you and not bow before Me?
Am I not worthy of your praise? Your worship? Your devotion? Is there not honor due My holy name?
You see the dirty, stained condition of My bride. She is stained with the filth of the world around her. I desire for My bride to come aside with Me, but she tarries in the world instead. (I sensed the Lord had some hurt and anger at the bride's unfaithfulness)
My bride is indifferent to Me.
In soon times to come, she shall realize the gravity of the err of her ways. She will seek Me and cry out for Me in her distress - then she will let Me wash her clean in the water of My Holy Word.
Only then will she truly see her great need of Me. For now she is content with her lover, the world, but then she shall long for Me, she shall long for My presence. She will long to feel the security of My love and she will truly seek Me then.
How I long for you, My bride! How I long to hold you near Me, safe from all that is coming, but you would not.
Those who seek Me early shall find Me. Those who wait shall know great distress, for many shall perish in a short amount of time.
When there is nothing left for her to cling to but My word, then will she enter in with Me. My bride abides in the world, not in Me, where I desire she would be found. In Me she will find safety. In Me she will find all her needs met in My endless supply. In Me she can take refuge, but her eyes are on another, on the world, and she is polluted with gazing at evil and corruption.
(I thought of how gazing at worldly television programs and movies and news reports does this to us - it fills our minds with murder, lust, lies, and corruption and keeps our mind off of Him and His word)
Come out of the world, My beloved. Run to Me and be safe in My arms! Run to Me where I can protect you from what is coming.
My bride must ready herself for My return. She must wash herself clean in My Holy Word. She must turn away from the ways of this world and cling to Me.
BRIDE OF CHRIST
The church is the Bride of Christ. We are the Church. We are the Bride of Christ. What knid of bride are we? God looks at us in expectation of His beautiful pure bride. Do I /you fit what He wants to see? Am I seeking after Jesus? Am I studying His Word? Do I desire to grow closer and deeper in relationship with my God? Will I sacrifice TV to spend time with the One who loves me most? Will I dedicate my life to Him? Choose His will above my own? Do I truly love my Bridegroom?

This is a confusing time for most of us; however, when we know and trust our God, He has given us some clues to our existence at this section of history. And most importantly He is with us. Let us look at what God says to us~
Romans 8:26-28 (The Message) Meanwhile, the moment we get tired in the waiting, God's Spirit is right alongside helping us along.
The moment we get tired in waiting, and not just tired but perhaps even fearful and maybe doubtful, Holy Spirit, You are right there helping us to stay strong.
If we don't know how or what to pray, it doesn't matter. He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of our wordless sighs, our aching groans.
Holy Spirit, You see our inadequacies, and You do the praying to the Father for us.
He knows us far better than we know ourselves, knows our pregnant condition, and keeps us present before God.
You Holy Spirit, You know us and that which is waiting to be born inside us. You are aware of the future before us, and so You are the One who keeps us standing strong and ready before our Father. Our future is in Your hands That's why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good. It boils down to trusting our heavenly Father like a small child has the sureness when they are with their loving father.
I have a question about believing: Does it cause something to happen. . . or is it that believing God’s will for/in our lives, causes His will to be fulfilled? Faith / believing can be deceiving, because if we want something badly and believe for it, but it is not God’s will for our lives, it may not happen, and we get discouraged. Remember Gideon’s fleece? He needed confirmation twice and God gave it to him. Then he trusted God and God performed His will through Gideon. If our will is not fulfilled I know from experience, it's not that God does'nt care, it is that He loves us so much, He wants the best for our lives, AND HE KNOWS WHAT THAT IS. So we can be confident when we depend on God for answers, even if our 'wish' does not happen.
Guys, I feel so strongly that the current strangeness is a true testing time for us! One cannot move in fear and move forward; if we choose to doubt God’s love for us, God’s plan for our lives, victory cannot come. Stand strong in assurance that what He has for us will be fulfilled, and HE will bring us through it. Believe in that! Be confident in Him and His powerful love for us! And remember commit to believe and Holy Spirit will help us to stand strong in our belief.
Lord, You are wonderful! You designed me for this time in history, and You prepared me for it, then You inspired me for it, now you enable me to go and use all the above to complete the work You created me to accomplish. I trust You, Holy Spirit, to be leading and guiding me. You will open the doors that need opening; You will close the doors that I should not enter; You provide for every need to do the work! Your provision in finances, in health, in energy will all work together to do what You call me to do. I trust You!
Romans 13:12-14 AMP
The night is far gone and the day is almost here. Let us then drop (fling away) the works and deeds of darkness and put on the [full] armor of light. (13) Let us live and conduct ourselves honorably and becomingly as in the [open light of] day, not in reveling in the world's ways not in quarreling and jealousy.
(14) But clothe yourself with the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah), and make no provision for [indulging] the flesh [put a stop to thinking about the evil cravings of your physical nature] to [gratify its] desires (lusts).
I like how the Message Bible puts it: Get out of bed and get dressed! Don't loiter and linger, waiting until the very last minute. Dress yourselves in Christ, and be up and about!
We are told in this passage in Romans exactly the time in which we are living:' "the night is far spent". It has run its course to the extreme end. It may seem darker than it ever has been, but that need not disturb us. Perhaps that is in itself convincing evidence that it has about run its course. It is always darkest before the dawn.
Yes, our nation and the world have been running farther away from God. We were warned by 9/11 that we were about to face judgement for our evil ways. God has given us 19 years to return to Him. Alas, we have done the opposite. Judgement is near.
But we serve a merciful God, and He has promised in Chronicles~
2 Chronicles 7:13-14 (AMPC)
13 If I shut up heaven so no rain falls, or if I command locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people. . . (Like coronavirus?)
14 If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.
We have the opportunity now on September 26, 2020 to Return to God. We are being called to Washington DC to obey God. It will be a time of prayer and repentance for our nation. All over the world those who are called by His name will be gathering to repent and pray for His mercy. From our churches and live streaming gatherings, homes, we can join together, repent, and ask God for revival to break out in our world! God is faithful, and if we do our part, He will do His. If we refuse, judgement will fall on us. My friends, please do not ignore this opportunity to redeem our nation, rather let us bow our heads in humility and seek our Lord God. He loves us so much, but as a parent will discipline a beloved child in rebellion, so we will be found wanting if we refuse to seek our Lord, responding with our full heart of love.
My friends, let us spread the word. Saturday 9/26/2020 is our day to pray and repent, to return to God. Join together to obey God, and ask Him to save our land.
[A good book to read more deeply about
this time is called The Harbingr by J.Cahn]
Be blessed my friends!!
I love you.

I heard a powerful message from a minister, and I’d like to share the gist of it with you:
4 Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you [and approved of you as My chosen instrument], And before you were born I consecrated you [to Myself as My own]; I have appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
Have you thought ~ ‘Before I came out of my mothers womb, God had a design for my life right now. God made me for this time and this place. He created me, because there is a job He needs me to do now at this time. Jesus did not die that we should live ordinary lives. He died to cleanse my soul, so Holy Spirit could enter into me enabling me to do what He designed me to produce.
God is in me; His Spirit indwells me. My life must show I am extraordinary, and I must not resemble an ordinary man without God in him. I am not destined for ordinary! I am special with God in me, and God put me here for this time (like Esther) Remember she was told:
Esther 4:14 Who knows? Maybe you were made queen for just such a time as this.”
We cannot allow fear to hold us back from obeying God's Words. We must trust in Him!
Hebrews 10:38 (NIV) “But my righteous[a] one will live by faith. And I take no pleasure in the one who shrinks back.”[b]
Heb 10:38 if he shrinks back "my soul has no pleasure in him". I would hate to have God say ‘He had no pleasure in me!’ What about you?
Jesus, You said You’d build a church united… it was true in Acts chapter 2, there was no needy person among them. The new church people were fearless. Miracles happened. It was Jesus’ beautiful concept.
Acts 2:42-47 (TPT)
The Community of Believers
42 Every believer was faithfully devoted to following the teachings of the apostles. Their hearts were mutually linked to one another, sharing communion and coming together regularly for prayer.
43 A deep sense of holy awe swept over everyone, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders.
44 All the believers were in fellowship as one body, and they shared with one another whatever they had. 45 Out of generosity they even sold their assets to distribute the proceeds to those who were in need among them. 46 Daily they met together in the temple courts and in one another’s homes to celebrate communion.
They shared meals together with joyful hearts and tender humility. 47 They were continually filled with praises to God, enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord kept adding to their number daily those who were coming to life.
Would you want to be a member of that church? I wonder if we have become a selfish culture? Could we truly be the church Jesus envisioned? I know some today don’t want to be that kind where they cared not for possessions; just cared about the mission; now we don’t want to suffer. Maybe life has become too good, too easy for us? Modern church became: go to a building for an hour a week, sing some songs, listen to a message, go home, and come back next week. Then along comes pandemic and isolation. Now church became watching Sunday sevice on the computer or TV with a cup of coffee in hand maybe still in pjs. Jesus' vision of His united in love and togetherness church has dispersed into one of ease and conveience in isolation.
Jesus said He would build His church so inundated with one heart one spirit all woven together, and that just does not compute with what we have today.
But others look at the isolation differently. . . as God’s leading us on a new journey. God says come with Me to construct a more resilient church; leaders are to equip people to be one with God and united with others. After isolation we can’t just go back to Egypt. This is the window of opportunity now. This isolation shows how unprepared we were. Now is when we need to be getting equipped; really get into GOD'S presence.
My life has looked way too ordinary, God! Your church is so much greater! I believe you made me for this time. I have HOLY SPRIT in me; please speak to me. Show me; I was made for this time! I was made for this!
Jesus said in John 15:16 You didn’t choose Me, but I’ve chosen and commissioned you to go into the world to bear fruit. And your fruit will last, because whatever you ask of my Father, for My sake, He will give it to you!
17 So this is my parting command: Love one another deeply!”
Bearing fruit is to love others, to live love, share love, and teach love.
Just look at what is: Holy Spirit (God) is in me! Does it show? Or has my life looked too normal? I must get into God’s Presence. I believe You made me for this time, God! Holy Spirit is in me and since You created me for this time, I believe You want to use me. So tell me, Lord, what do You want me to do?
I am ready to move forward. I’ve missed interacting with my brothers and sisters! I’ve missed You leading, prompting me to help them, being encouraged by them. Jesus, bring us Your vision for our time!

Oh my friends, I have learned a new lesson even at my great age!! (LOL) Have you been baptized? Did you know there are three important baptisms for us? This is the info that wowed me, and is encouraging me to decide to partake of this great new personal revelation:
Rick Renner has an excellent teaching that brought this Word to me.
Let's begin with Hebrews~
Hebrews 6:1-2 (NKJV)
The Peril of Not Progressing
6 Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ,( We must have the foundation of basic Biblical Truths soundly within us, then we can)~ let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, 2 of the doctrine of BAPTISMS (plural) yet Eph 4:5 talks of one~
Ephesians 4:5 (NKJV) "one Lord, one faith, one baptism;
This is not a conflict; as Ephesions is talking about the essential baptism for salvation: when one accepts Jesus as Lord and Savior. It is the primary baptism of salvation.
In early times “Baptism" meant:
to wash or to dip; to refashion an item of clothing one would dip it in a caldron of dye letting it soak up the new color, and when they pulled it out, it would be a totally different garment.
In our baptism we are dipped (immersed in, cleansed by) the blood of Jesus, changed and made totally new, as we are placed into Christ
#1 OUR First Baptism is performed by the Holy Spirit ~ at the moment we choose Jesus as our Lord and Savior, the Holy Spirit immerses us into the Body of Christ, the person of Christ. This baptism is essential to salvation. We are totally cleansed!
. . . Jesus answered him, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the kingdom of God.
John 3:16 (AMPC)
16 For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.
The Word says, (2 Cor. 5:17) “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new”
Galatians 3:27 Living Bible (TLB) and we who have been baptized into union with Christ are enveloped by Him.
Acts 2:38-39 (AMP) And Peter said to them, “Repent [change your old way of thinking, turn from your sinful ways, accept and follow Jesus as the Messiah] and be baptized, each of you, in the name of Jesus Christ because of the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 For the promise [of the Holy Spirit] is for you and your children and for all who are far away [including the Gentiles], as many as the Lord our God calls to Himself.”
#2 Our Second Baptism is performed by Jesus. We are baptized by Him into the power of the Holy Spirit. This one is not required for salvation, but it does give us spiritual power, which God wants us to have in order to keep moving forward in our spiritual walk.
Acts 1:5 (TLB)
5 “John baptized you with water,”[a] He reminded them, “but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit* in just a few days.”
Acts 2:4 (TLB) 4 And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in languages they didn’t know,[a] for the Holy Spirit gave them this ability.
Acts 8:15-17 As soon as they arrived, they began praying for these new Christians to receive the Holy Spirit, 16 for as yet He had not come upon any of them. For they had only been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 17 Then Peter and John laid their hands upon these believers, and they received the Holy Spirit.
Acts 10:44-45(TLB) 44 Even as Peter was saying these things, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those listening! 45 The Jews who came with Peter were amazed that the gift of the Holy Spirit would be given to Gentiles too!
Acts 19:5-6 (TLB) 5 As soon as they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 6 Then, when Paul laid his hands upon their heads, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in other languages and prophesied.
Ephesians 6:10 Now my beloved ones, I have saved these most important truths for last: Be supernaturally infused with strength through your life-union with the Lord Jesus. Stand victorious with the force of his explosive power flowing in and through you.
This baptism gives spiritual power.
#3 Third Baptism is performed by believers and water is the medium.
Here we bury the old man!
The Word says, “If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new (2 Cor. 5:17)!”
Romans 6:3-4 For sin’s power over us was broken when we became Christians and were baptized to become a part of Jesus Christ; through his death the power of your sinful nature was shattered. Do you see? Whatever has plagued you as a sin in your life can be shattered!! Allow Jesus to shatter that scourge!!
4 Your old sin-loving nature was buried with Him by baptism when He died; and when God the Father, with glorious power, brought Him back to life again, you were given his wonderful new life to enjoy. Our old evil nature is gone, and we are reborn with God's nature.
5 For you have become a part of Him, and so you died with Him, so to speak, when He died;[a] and now you share His new life and shall rise as He did. 6 Your old evil desires were nailed to the cross with Him; that part of you that loves to sin was crushed and fatally wounded, so that your sin-loving body is no longer under sin’s control, no longer needs to be a slave to sin;
9 Christ rose from the dead and will never die again. Death no longer has any power over him. 10 He died once for all to end sin’s power, but now he lives forever in unbroken fellowship with God. 11 So look upon your old sin nature as dead and unresponsive to sin, and instead be alive to God, alert to Him, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Our new God-nature is drawn to Him!
John 3:5 (NIV)
5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. This third baptism obeys Christ command. Obedience is necessary to grow.
Yes, I was totally thrilled by this new knowledge. I mean don't you get excited when your eyes are opened to a powerful revelation? It is so logical! Look:
#1 First Baptism we choose to invite Jesus to be Lord of our life, our Savior. Immediately our sins are cleansed, and sin nature deleted. We are joined with Christ and His nature.
#2 Second Baptism ~ of the Holy Spirit Who comes to indwell us as our mentor, teacher, comforter, advisor and more to tenderly guide us in our growth path making supernatural power available to us.
#3 Third Baptism is water baptism where the old man, (sin nature is buried forever) and we are raised up into our new nature, our new life. It is symbolic, but also a command of Jesus, so we are obeying Jesus when we choose to be water baptised.
Our new life is born! I am so exhilerated! Can you see that? LOL!

Thank You for our grandson who was born 17 years ago today. How time has raced! Wow, that seems like a long time ago, yet also feels to have gone by at light speed. Then again, YOU have no time constraints; it’s like yesterday to You, or even tomorrow. Time is a funny manmade concept. It bears no influence on You, but You use it to have us relate to You. I love being in Your presence and talking with You anytime!! It is so satisfying!
You have blessed us with a wonderful family. Thank You Lord. You are so magnificent, glorious and loving!
A picture from the Hubble Telescope
How does He guide us? Many ways, and some are not easy. One of my constant battles is pride. It reared its nasty head again the other night. Beginning of a new prayer group. I am not the leader, but I was acting like it. I stepped out in prayer thinking it was an inspiration, but later proved not to be. 'My prideful thought, 'I'm doing good' shamefully scooted through my thoughts. I'd asked God to humble me, and well, He came through. I've learned to wait and be sure the Holy Spirit is speaking before opening my mouth.
I pray for Your power, Lord, to support me through every day, whether it is facing joy filling green valleys or difficult mountains to climb. May my arms and legs be staunch and sturdy to go wherever You lead; and may my heart always discard fear and pride; You keep my body protected free from any attack of the enemy. You are my God ever faithful and always loving me (and even when it is a hard lesson to learn)
Proverbs 4:12-13 (Amp) When you walk, your steps shall not be hampered [your path will be clear and open]; and when you run, you shall not stumble. Take firm hold of instruction, do not let go; guard her, for she is your life.
Holy Spirit I humbly ask You to take me where You will. Be the words that come from my mouth, the actions my body performs. I am Yours. In these days of masked confusion and distrust, I respectfully ask for wisdom to lead and Your love to be my guiding light. I command the spirit of pride to cease and desist its assiggnment over me! AMEN.

My Lord, YOU are my Lord! You are the Almighty One!. I bow before YOU; Your Word says, All things turn out for good [Romans 8:28] for those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose.
Right now I am ‘feeling’ glum, however I choose not to stay here. You are wonderful, Friend, Counselor, and You teach me that never am I to remain in this state. You provide the way out!!
Ephesians 6 gives me greater understanding and weapons to fight with:
Ephesians 6:10-20 The Passion Translation (TPT)
10 Now my beloved ones, I have saved these most important truths for last:
Be supernaturally infused with strength through your life-union with the Lord Jesus. Stand victorious with the force of his explosive power flowing in and through you.
Remember, in John 15, Jesus says:
15 “I am a true sprouting vine, and the farmer who tends the vine is my Father. 2 He cares for the branches connected to Me by lifting and propping up the fruitless branches[a] and pruning[b] every fruitful branch to yield a greater harvest. 3 The words I have spoken over you have already cleansed[c] you. 4 So you must remain in life-union with Me,[d] for I remain in life-union with you.
Our spiritual armor covers the front of a person, not the back. We face our enemy with Jesus’ power and strength:
11 Put on God’s complete set of armor[b] provided for us, so that you will be protected as you fight against the evil strategies of the accuser![c] 12 Your hand-to-hand combat is not with human beings, but with the highest principalities and authorities operating in rebellion under the heavenly realms.[d]
For they are a powerful class of demon-gods[e] and evil spirits that hold[f] this dark world in bondage. 13 Because of this, you must wear all the armor that God provides so you’re protected as you confront the slanderer,[g]
for you are destined for all things and will rise victorious.
We will rise victorious from these battles, because we are remaining intimately attached to Jesus, the Christ, and His strength and power is thus flowing through us!
14 Put on truth as a belt to strengthen you to stand in triumph. Put on holiness as the protective armor that covers your heart.
15 Stand on your feet alert, then you’ll always be ready to share the blessings of peace.
16 In every battle, take faith as your wrap-around shield, for it is able to extinguish the blazing arrows coming at you from the Evil One!
17–18 Embrace the power of salvation’s full deliverance, like a helmet to protect your thoughts from lies. And take the mighty razor-sharp Spirit-sword of the spoken Word of God.
Pray passionately[k] in the Spirit, as you constantly intercede with every form of prayer at all times. Pray the blessings of God upon all His believers. 19 And pray also that God’s revelation would be released through me every time I preach the wonderful mystery of the hope-filled gospel.
20 Yes, pray that I may preach the wonderful news of God’s kingdom with bold freedom at every opportunity. Even though I am chained as a prisoner, I am his ambassador. We are His ambassadors to preach the Gospel; so let us pray for each other in the same way!
We are indeed His Ambassadors and so have the legal right to employ His weapons, His Word, His powerful Name, against the enemy.
So if you find yourself “feeling” (puts one under the satanic realm) powerless, depressed, glum, defeated, fearful, etc, return to the source: His Word to rebuild your strength and overcome the spiritual attack! God has provided us with His promises and His wisdom. We must seize them and allow Him to flow His authority through us as shown above.
My dear friends, never allow the enemy’s manipulation of emotions (feelings) to defeat you; rather recognize them as an enemy attack and begin to combat them, and you shall have victory! We have been put here for a purpose, and in using Ephesians 6 wisdom and tools of battle, we shall indeed win the war on evil!

My friends, sadly our enemy has been hard at work to bring hatred into our culture, and it is a strong weapon. However, Jesus has provided us with the alternative. If we choose Him, we can see peace reign again.
Picture one person sitting on one side of a table, and another sitting on the opposite side. Between them hangs a ball that is half painted green and other side is blue. The two people will argue all day about what color the ball is, and swear they are right.
That is what is occurring today, and building a huge darkness in our culture. One side listens to liberal ideas; other side listens to the conservative, and each forms their ideas thusly. They are opposite in many ways. Now our country has always accepted that we don’t all think alike, and we don’t have to be enemies.
However, the evil enemy has entered into our culture manipulating truths and emotions and causing hate to build between the two sides. Those who are old enough remember when voting for a president was a debate between friends and family. But no one hated the other. They remained friends. This is how our country was formed, and that is the destiny purposed for us. Anger was not part of it; rather the opposite is true, and Jesus taught us about it. Look at John 15 in the Bible:
Jesus the Living Vine
John 15:1-17 “I am a true sprouting vine, and the farmer who tends the vine is my Father. 2 He cares for the branches connected to me by lifting and propping up the fruitless branches[a] and pruning[b] every fruitful branch to yield a greater harvest. 3 The words I have spoken over you have already cleansed you. 4 So you must remain in life-union with Me, for I remain in life-union with you.
For as a branch severed from the vine will not bear fruit, so your life will be fruitless unless you live your life intimately joined to Mine.
This is a clear message from Jesus to us. We must have a true heart connection to Jesus, so His life can flow into us; so our spirit can connect with His Holy Spirit, then we can hear and live by His thoughts~
5 “I am the sprouting vine and you’re my branches.[e] Recall that a branch attached to the vine receives life giving sap.
As you live in union with Me as your source, fruitfulness will stream from within you—but when you live separated from Me you are powerless. 6 If a person is separated from Me, he is discarded; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire to be burned.
7 But if you live in life-union with Me and if My words live powerfully within you—then you can ask whatever you desire and it will be done. 8 When your lives bear abundant fruit, you demonstrate that you are My mature disciples who glorify My Father!
9 “I love each of you with the same love that the Father loves Me. You must continually let My love nourish your hearts.
10 If you keep My commands, you will live in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commands, for I continually live nourished and empowered by His love.
Jesus does not say love the ones who agree with you. He goes so far as to tell us to love our enemies, the ones who hurt us and mistreat us, and maybe even abuse us.
11 My purpose for telling you these things is so that the joy that I experience will fill your hearts with overflowing gladness!
Our obedience to His commands will result in joy filling our life.
12 “So this is my command:
Love each other deeply, as much as I have loved you.[h] 13 For the greatest love of all is a love that sacrifices all. And this great love is demonstrated when a person sacrifices his life[i] for his friends.
14 “You show that you are My intimate friends when you obey all that I command you. 15 I have never called you ‘servants,’[l] because a master doesn’t confide in his servants, and servants don’t always understand what the master is doing. But I call you My most intimate friends, for I reveal to you everything that I’ve heard from My Father.
Have you ever pondered the thought that Jesus considered you an “intimate friend”? Do you see Him as your intimate friend? He can be you know; how does an intimate friendship develop? Time. Spending time together. Make time each day to spend in prayer, meditation on His Word and in His presence; then intimacy can grow.
16 You didn’t choose Me, but I’ve chosen[n] and commissioned you to go into the world[o] to bear fruit. And your fruit will last, because whatever you ask of my Father, for My sake,[p] He will give it to you! Bearing fruit is to love others, to live love and share love, and teach love. That means do not allow the enemy to poison your thoughts and emotions with hatred. He is successfully accomplishing this in our culture today. Resist him! Allow love to flow through you!
17 So this is my parting command: Love one another deeply!”
Love its the key to removing the enemy weapon of hatred from our culture. It all begins with us. Spread the word. Love people even those who think differently than you. Open up your heart to overflow with “love”.

2 Samuel 22:2-4 MSG God is bedrock under my feet, the castle in which I live, my rescuing knight. My God—the high crag where I run for dear life, hiding behind the boulders, safe in the granite hideout; My mountaintop refuge, He saves me from ruthless men. I sing to God the Praise-Lofty, and find myself safe and saved.
Words to God:
You, God, are the bedrock support under me and within me; thus I can stand in strength and fierceness against the enemy. You have awakened me to Your mighty presence this morning. You lead me and guide me in all I do; You protect me; You empower me. I shall obey You and be dauntless for Your will. I come against any mindset of fear or excuses; I choose to abolish procrastination from my life, and I shall complete even the difficult tasks today! You are here to help me. Help me be responsible; give me an awareness of every situation I face and the power of prayer to bring God-answers into it. I claim Your protection upon myself, my family, my belongings, and my finances. You are my Father, and I am under Your powerful protection! Let Your peace reign!
Know that I treasure you as my precious child, and My eye is always upon you. I watch over you with care and concern, as a loving father watches over his child. You are safe with Me. Come, walk and talk with Me in the high place of My presence, and your journey will surely end in victory.
Thank You, my resplendent and magnificent God! I have a sturdy determination to be the person You created me to be. You are my bedrock support reinforcing me and enabling me to do Your will. I am determined to fearlessly follow You; for I am assured that with You, my life shall fulfill its purpose. I am constantly guarded against evil, and I can always run to You for help, because You are my mountain refuge, my castle of protection, my ever-faithful God.
The Lord your God is in the midst of you, a Mighty One, a Savior [Who saves]! He will rejoice over you with joy; He will rest [in silent satisfaction] and in His love He will be silent and make no mention [of past sins, or even recall them]; He will exult over you with singing.
Thank You Lord for Your expressive, intense and passionate love for me! The power in this love is fierce. Endow me with this same fierce love for your people. Jesus, it is the love that caused you to leave your divinity behind and come to earth as a man. It was necessary for us to live lives knowing and dwelling in the Father’s presence. It was necessaryto open the doors to heaven for us. Sin could never enter; so you had to make a way to cleanse sin from us. So as a man you took on the sin of mankind and suffered the extreme torment in your body and in your soul that sin’s ugliness spewed out. You suffered that we might live lives of victory on earth and spend eternity in victorious resurrection joy.
Thank You JESUS!

Lord. You are Lord! I bow down before You in holy worship.
You are so vast, so colossal, so immense
Your fullness is incomprehensible!
Your power is magnificent and daunting!
Before You I am totally insignificant.
Except. . . You have called me daughter.
You have called me by my name.
You desire to have a relationship with me.
Because You can and You actually created me
to have relationship with You.
A go back and forth relationship.
A loving and caring relationship between us.
You desire my love freely given.
Father, I give you my heart, my love. I do love You!
And You love me so much that You work in me to raise
me up to be the best I can be to please You. What I
cannot do on my own, You do in me. Thank You!
You deserve the best I can be, the best I can give to You. That is what I desire, the best. So here I am in my very imperfect state of being. I am the clay and You are the Potter; make of me the vessel that can serve You in the manner You want. Only You can do this. You are the Creator!
You are forming me and have been all my life, teaching me.
1 Corinthians 2:16 (Amplified Bible)
For who has known or understood the mind (the counsels and purposes) of the Lord so as to guide and instruct Him and give Him knowledge? But we have the mind of Christ (the Messiah) and do hold the thoughts (feelings and purposes) of His heart.
Now at this time in my life, it is all in Your hands. You have given me the mind of Christ. Your word says so. The thoughts, feelings, and purposes of His heart are mine. The memory, recall and workings of the mind are His in me and I can do all things thru Him. You have called me to write and to teach. It is only through You that it will be accomplished! This whole purpose and project is completely in Your hands. Holy Spirit, I bow to You as my leader, my mentor, my word supplier, my all-in-all!
"Why had He manifested Himself to us in this way? He made that quite clear. It was because there was a work to be done in the world today that only He could do (John 16)
John 16:6-10 (Amplified Bible) But because I have said these things to you, sorrow has filled your hearts [taken complete possession of them]. However, I am telling you nothing but the truth when I say it is profitable (good, expedient, advantageous) for you that I go away. Because if I do not go away, the Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, Strengthener, Standby) will not come to you [into close fellowship with you]; but if I go away, I will send Him to you [to be in close fellowship with you].
John 16:8-11 (The Message) “When He comes, He’ll expose the error of the godless world’s view of sin, righteousness, and judgment: He’ll show them that their refusal to believe in Me is their basic sin; that righteousness comes from above, where I am with the Father, out of their sight and control; that judgment takes place as the ruler of this godless world is brought to trial and convicted.
When Holy Spirit comes He will expose the error of the godless world view of sin, righteousness and judgement. He will show them the consequences of their refusal to believe in Me, Jesus. For righteousness comes from the Father and He is not in their sight and control.
When You live Your life in me Holy Spirit, You will use my mouth to do these things. Your power will be at work, not anything of me except the use of my mouth. This work that needs to be done can only be done by You. I bow to You. Help me give up my self to You, so as You indwell me YOU replace the self in me. Holy Spirit guide me.
There is much work to be done in these confusing time. Those who are Christ-followers must stand our ground for the truth. We cannot sit silent, for Holy Spirit is in us to give us the words to speak and the time to speak them.
Let us stand tall in praise, worship and obedience!

Good morning Lord of all!! You are the Alpha and the Omega! The God above it all! Time is a human condition and does not apply to You at all, ever. Yes, above and seeing it all. You’re overseer of the universe and overseer of me. . . the grandest and the smallest. Your hand touches all. This morning I feel Your hovering Presence. . . reminding me of the beginning of it all for us, the very creation, the Genesis)
Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
You Holy Spirit were there creating as Father’s words rolled forth. You Holy One are with me today creating a new thing. What new thing. . . You will reveal it to me in Your time. I feel Your Spirit ‘hovering’ around me, surrounding me. I bow down to You my God, my Lord and Master, the One who keeps the universe working, Whose will puts the earth in order to bring forth as many of Your children as possible to know You and share a loving relationship. It's what You seek! You are so good!
“Darkness was over the surface of the deep” Sometimes there are situations in life that feel dark; they try to drag us down into the blackness of depression. It feels like swimming in tar ~ fearful, draining, hopeless. But when I recall You, Holy Spirit, and how You hovered over the waters of the deep, what happened next was:
3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.
God spoke and there was light! And God separated the light from the darkness. In us, God will also separate His light from the evil of the darkness brought about by a hurtful memory, buried deep, for the enemy is expert at manipulating emotions as he brings a bad memory or sirtuation back to our mind in living color.
Our God loves us and His goodness is light and brings with it a new life. We turn our eyes to Him, and know that His love always rescues us, when we depend on Him. God will lift us from the pit of darkness, but we need to trust Him. O my friends, if any of you are in that dark demon dungeon, turn your focus to God’s light. His love is so strong, His grace so plentiful, just reach out to Him! He is eagerly waiting to help you.
It is a battle, a spiritual war raging for your soul!
1 Peter 5:8
Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
Exodus holds His promises, when you trust in Him~
Exodus 14:14 (NIV)
14 The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
Jesus is speaking a warning about satan, the thief, and a promise:
John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
My dear friends, open your heart and your mind to the truth, that God is not some power sitting up high to judge and punish sinners. Only remember, once you have truly chosen Christ as your Savior, you have been totally transformed into a new person with a god-nature. Yes, we are still human and will make mistakes, but we know it is wrong and repent. With repentance comes forgiveness and cleansing making us pure once more.
So dear ones, choose right. The rewards are greater than you can know at this point! Life is so much sweeter, easier, peaceful, yet still full of excitement!
I love you. See you next time.

Surprised! I recently spoke to a professional man who voiced his fear of Covid 19. The surprise bloomed, because I wouldn't expect he was believing everything the media is puttong out. Is it a 'new' strain of Coronavirus and mutating rapidly? Yes, but how many are dying from it? Maybe 1% and most of those are susceptible to begin with. Yet chaos, doubt, fear thunder through the atmosphere. The media is to blame for that! They report 'new cases' and 'deaths', but not recoveries, not number who had minor symptons, if any, not cure-solutions doctors have found.
Pandemic? Real? or evil plan of the devil? Lord God, we know that You love us! We need You to lead and guide us through these days of deception. We know there are successful treatments for Coved19, yet the media and the devil’s henchmen are trying to convince the population that it is a dangerous random killer and we must separate ourselves from each other or die. And we must wait for that coveted vaccine? [Vaccines have often done more harm than good. Check into it.] Big pharma is looking for more moneyand this is a landfall for them, a great boon.
If we look at nature behavior, like a herd of gazelles, their enemy, the lion will attack any critter that becomes separated from the herd. They are the vulnerable ones. The devil’s plan is working in a similar way ~ separate us from each other for we then become much easier prey to his lies and machinations. Build up the fear factor; let it seem as tho we are all gonna get the disease and die. In reality many get it and have mild symptoms only, also there are cures and successful treatments for it; but the media emphasizes the fearful negatives; it wants the fear factor to promulgate its half-truths and lies. There are successful treatments for Covid out there now!
This evil time of confusion and fear is not lost on God; He will use it to bring His people back to faith and believing in Him. I am getting more convinced that this is the beginning of the Beginning of the Age when Jesus will return. This tumult and deception will bring forth a great revival and will work for God’s glory! But we must trust in Him!
(Thanks Tallgal for the beautiful picture! One can see how God can manifest His glory in His creation.)
Isaiah 51: 3-5 (TPT), Yahweh will comfort Zion, restore her, and comfort all her broken places. He will transform her wilderness into the garden of Bliss,[c] her desert into the garden of Yahweh. Joy and laughter will fill the air[d] with thanksgiving and joyous melodies. 4 “Listen to Me, my people; pay attention to Me, my nation.
For I release my teaching to the nations, and I will cause the light of justice to rest on them.[e] 5 My righteousness is coming closer, and my salvation has gone out. My mighty arms will govern the people. The islands will trust in Me and put their hope in the unveiling of My might.
Proverbs 15:9 (TPT) The Lord detests the lifestyle of the wicked, but he loves those who pursue purity.[a]
Deuteronomy 16:20 (MSG) The right! The right! Pursue only what’s right! It’s the only way you can really live and possess the land that God, your God, is giving you.
Proverbs 21:21 (TPT) The lovers of God who chase after righteousness will find all their dreams come true: an abundant life drenched with favor and a fountain that overflows with satisfaction.
Our God is good and loves us dearly! His Word is an instruction manual on how to live a life of love, joy and success. The enemy works daily to discount God’s Word and call it nonsense. But those who live by it know the truth: It is an amazing blessing to us. See Jesus promise in this next verse:
John 8:12 (TPT) Jesus, the Light of the World: Then Jesus said, “I am light to the world and those who embrace Me will experience life-giving light, and they will never walk in darkness.”
John 8:12 Again we see Jesus using the words “I Am,” which is the name of God.
John 8:12 The Greek word is a double negative, emphatically saying, “never, no never!”
John 8:12 The Aramaic is “they will never be driven (pushed) by the darkness.”
Mark 1:14-15 (TPT)
Jesus Calls Four Fishermen to Follow Him
14 Later on, after John the Baptizer was arrested, Jesus went back into the region of Galilee and preached the wonderful gospel of God’s kingdom realm.[a] 15 His message was this: “At last the fulfillment of the age has come! It is time for the realm of God’s kingdom to be experienced in its fullness! Turn your lives back to God and put your trust in the hope-filled Gospel!”
Yes. it is time. If what I have written is a mystery to you, then I can tell you that the Bible is full of passages relating the goodness of our God! He is indeed the Light in the darkness of the world, and He has a passionate love for us! Just think, the God who created the universe created you and me to be His children, and to share an intimate relationship together. I would encourage all to develop a hunger to know Him deeply, and you will not be disappointed!

The Spirit of God entered David like a rush of wind, God vitally empowering him for the rest of his life.
1 Samuel 16:13 MSG
Words to God:
Holy Spirit, you are like the wind; there is nothing of rigidity about You. You glide in and around different parts of my life filling, nudging, inspiring, and calling to me. You put a hunger in me for You; I desire You to fully empower my life, all the time. I ask for You to guide my decisions, thoughts, and actions every day, as I listen for Your direction and encouragement. Vitally empower me, Holy Spirit, for Your work!
Do you know my heart? I am with you now, my beloved child. Open your heart to My indwelling Spirit. Quiet your mind to the distractions of the world, and in the inner silence focus on My Word, as the Holy Spirit leads you. Focus, be still, and hear My words in your spirit. Obey Me, and My Holy Spirit will empower you.
In the quiet of the early morning, I seek Your heart, so I can speak my heart and hear Yours in return. O Holy Spirit, indeed I call for you to truly fill me! Replace today’s anxious thoughts with Your Word’s comfort. Enable me to trust You and feed my mind with Your Word. I need You to help me focus on You, Your Word, and Your love for me. What I truly desire is a more intimate relationship with You, and I need time with You to develop that. Show me where more time is hiding, so that we can arrange frequent appointments together. I need You!
Now may the God of peace [Who is the Author and the Giver of peace], ...strengthens (complete, perfect) and make you what you ought to be and equip you with everything good that you may carry out His will; [while He Himself ] works in you and accomplishes that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ.
Words to God:
What an awesome God You are! You put a purpose in my life and call me to acts of obedience, then You equip me: (a) You provide me with all the gifts required for the purpose; (b) You prepare me by presenting experiences that bring growth and understanding; (c) and best of all, You indwell me giving me opportunity to call on You anytime as You do Your internal work with my soul. Together these all enable me to discover my purpose, please You, and be fulfilled by accomplishing the purpose You created in me.
My child, remember, I know the end from the beginning. I already have good plans for you; obey Me and fear not. I’ve called you to fulfill a part of My plan for My people. My love flows over you and through you to others! As you are faithful to my call, so shall My will be carried out. Do not fear to go where I direct; I am always with You. Trust Me. Come forward and take that step I am calling you to, even though you cannot see the future result. Fear not. I AM with you. Come!
Lord, I know you are working in me. I bow down to Your will in my life, trusting You. Open the eyes of my understanding to Your call on my life. As I journal, Holy Spirit, lead my thoughts to reflect Your wisdom, Your understanding, and Your will.
Absorb the Word
God’s blessings are so varied and shine in every aspect of our lives. He is our Builder, our Protector, our Guide, and our trustworthy Father, who burns with incredible love for us. As we read and meditate on the verses of the Bible, we acquire deeper, fuller understanding of God. His plan for us is a good one, and it can lead us throughout our lives. He is truly and amazingly personal with His truths and promises!
As you read the Bible, read it knowing it was written for you specifically. Allow the Bible to be a banquet you dine from each day. Consume each verse and digest it; nourish yourself and grow in joy and gladness. Let the power of the living Word emancipate you to live the life God purposed you to have. The Word reveals our blood-bought freedoms and our ability to enjoy the freedoms Jesus purchased.

Have you stood and watched an eagle soar? Does it lift up your spirit with its beauty and strength? God often uses His creation to teach us, and one of His favorite is the eagle. These two Psalms are some of my favorites. We know the eagle is strong; when storms come it just flies above the clouds. When it hunts, its mighty wings carry it with speed and accuracy. David, the composer, spent much time outside as he tended his father’s sheep. He wrote this song and I’ll quote a few verses:
1 Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. 2 Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all His benefits— 3 who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, 4 who redeems your life from the pit , and crowns you with love and compassion, 5 who satisfies your desires with good things , so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Then another one I really like a lot:
but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
My majestic eagle is not afraid of storms; it just flies above them. When its beak gets dull and its feathers make noise as it zooms down after prey, it goes to the mountains, to the high places, plucks out the old feathers and waits for the new, it sharpens its beak on the rocks and is renewed and refreshed. It is made new!
Our loving Father calls us ~ Come up to Me, and I shall renew you. I shall refresh you in the fountain of My Word. Come, spend time with Me to develop a deeper rapport. Plumb the depths of your soul and bring your hidden thoughts and concerns to Me. I will hear and help you work out in every situation that holds you back from compete freedom in Me.
Isaiah 50:10 (Amplified Bible) Who is among you who [reverently] fears the Lord, who obeys the voice of His Servant, yet who walks in darkness and deep trouble and has no shining splendor [in his heart]? Let him rely on, trust in, and be confident in the name of the Lord, and let him lean upon and be supported by his God.
Ephesians 2:4-6 (TPT) 4 But God still loved us with such great love. He is so rich in compassion and mercy. 5 Even when we were dead and doomed in our many sins, He united us into the very life of Christ and saved us by his wonderful grace! 6 He raised us up with Christ the exalted One, and we ascended with Him into the glorious perfection and authority of the heavenly realm, for we are now co-seated as one with Christ!
Ephesians 2:6 To be “placed” or “seated” in heaven means we have been given the perfection and authority to be there.
God lavishes His love upon us! It’s full and complete love without reserve. He so wants everyone to know Him and see the truth, that He sent His Son Jesus to redeem us. We are born as children of Adam, the betrayer. His seed was passed down to all generations; the deceiver, satan, made sure of that.
Jesus in His love chose to pay the great price for our redemption; when we accept His gift and choose to make Him Lord of our life, our sin nature is totally cleansed, deleted, and we become true children of God with His nature. Our relationship with our God can now be deep and intimate! We can know Him and the love flows between us in a real stream of affection and sharing as Father and His beloved child.
Packers' wide receiver describes his faith journey:
ARLINGTON, TX - Green Bay Packers wide receiver Greg Jennings says he tried to live without God's help, "but it didn't work."
As his team prepared for today's Super Bowl against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Jennings told reporters that his father is a pastor, so he was brought up in the faith, but drifted away. "I had tried to do it on my own and it didn't work, and so I had to try something new," he said. "God is the right way -- that's pretty much what everyone needs to know."
When he finally came "face to face with God," Jennings said he remembered that "to whom much is given much is required."
Jennings said his favorite Bible quote is from 1 Corinthians, where it says "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, neither has it entered into the heart of man what God has for those who love him." He added: "You don't recognize what God has for you until you get into the spiritual realm."
Our response to God's love. . .
Ephesians 4:2-6 The Passion Translation (TPT)
2 With tender humility and quiet patience, always demonstrate gentleness and generous[a] love toward one another, especially toward those who may try your patience. 3 Be faithful to guard the sweet harmony of the Holy Spirit among you in the bonds of peace, 4 being one body and one spirit, as you were all called into the same glorious hope of divine destiny.
5 For the Lord God is one, and so are we, for we share in one faith, one baptism, and one Father. 6 And He is the perfect Father who leads us all, works through us all, and lives in us all!
My friends, in these times of disruption and confusion, remember all these times were no surprise to God, and He still has a plan for you, and that plan has not been disrupted. Renew your relationship with the Lord, or if you do not have one yet, seek Him out. He loves you and will accept you just as you are! Fear not, His love is far stronger than any human love. He will receive Your heart and connect with you.
SEARCHING FOR A CLOSER WALK WITH GOD
SEARCHING FOR A CLOSER WALK WITH GOD
Sometimes the terrible awesomeness of God hits me and sends me reeling into deep meditation. It always carries its reward of a new closeness with my God. It happened this morning. In the beginning I was distracted with my mind wandering here and yon. Then I ‘woke up’ and commanded it to return. God is so good! Holy Spirit began to lead me in prayer.
Sorry, my Lord. I come to our meeting this morning with scattered thoughts; help me, Lord, to rein them in. That You even desire to meet with me is so amazing! Deep breath. Moses asked God, “what shall I say when they ask 'Who sent me’?” You responded, “Say the Great I AM sent me.” You, God, are not hemmed in by time. For You there is no ‘was, will be’, there is only I AM. Before You I bow down my heart, my 'who I am' I submit to You; help me become who You created me to be.
Exodus 3:13-14 (AMP)
13 And Moses said to God, Behold, when I come to the Israelites and say to them, The God of your fathers has sent me to you, and they say to me, What is His name? What shall I say to them? 14 And God said to Moses, I Am Who I Am and What I Am, and I Will Be What I Will Be; and He said, You shall say this to the Israelites: I Am has sent me to you!
- Footnotes: Exodus 3:15 To know the name of God is to witness the manifestation of those attributes and apprehend that character which the name denotes.
Can you feel the depth of that name? 'I AM' signifies so much ~ timelessness, absolute love, supreme power, unimaginable expansion ~ an incomprehensible being, totally surrounding. There simply are not words to express the grandness of Who our God is. HIS LOVE FOR US S SO APPARENT IN HIS WORD!
Psalm 91:14 (AMP)
Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him; I will set him on high, because he knows and understands My name [has a personal knowledge of My mercy, love, and kindness—trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never forsake him, no, never].
Isaiah 52:6 (AMP)
Therefore My people shall know what My name is and what it means; therefore they shall know in that day that I am He who speaks; behold, I Am!
Indeed my God! You are the great I AM! This measures so deep and so high and so wide. You revealed Your staggering magnificence to David, and it comes out here:
O Lord, you have examined my heart
and know everything about me.
2 You know when I sit down or stand up.
You know my thoughts even when I’m far away.
Even when it’s my mind traveling on tangents.
3 You see me when I travel and when I rest at home.
You know everything I do.
4 You know what I am going to say
even before I say it, Lord.
5 You go before me and follow me.
You place your hand of blessing on my head.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too great for me to understand!
7 I can never escape from your Spirit!
I can never get away from your presence!
8 If I go up to heaven, you are there;
if I go down to the grave, you are there.
9 If I ride the wings of the morning,
if I dwell by the farthest oceans,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
and your strength will support me.
You are always with me.
You will guide me.
You will always be my support. Your strength
upholds me, protects me, supports me.
Lord, You are so good! What a privilege to know You! Thank You that You continue to grow me closer to You. Thank You! I love being together with You, my Lord.
