GOD'S THOUGHTS ABOUT US

Posted on November 30, 2021 at 4:30 AM Comments comments (2083)

Glorious! Our God is so good! For all who know Him realize His amazing love for us! It is revealed in His Holy Word, and we are privileged to have His very thoughts spoken to us in writing. This morning The Lord brings Ephesians 1 to show us His love ~

Ephesians 1:9-23 NLT

9 God has now revealed to us his mysterious will regarding Christ—which is to fulfill His own good plan

God has had a plan to offer us from the beginning. He knew His creation of mankind would be hampered by satan; so He planned a time for His Son, Jesus, to pay the penalty for Adam’s betrayal, His suffering beatings, cruelty in every way to pay the penalty for our sin is His gift to us, and when we accept it, we are changed, renewed, washed clean of sin, and receive a new nature (redicaly changed) and then ~

10 And this is the plan: At the right time He will bring everything together under the authority of Christ—everything in heaven and on earth.

11 Furthermore, because we are united with Christ, we have received an inheritance from God,[a] for He chose us in advance, and He makes everything work out according to His plan. He knew who would accept the gift of Jesus pain and sacrificial death, and who would not. It is our choice to accept or reject Jesus gift to us. When we accept, we ask Jesus to inhabit our hearts and He does. We live with Jesus Holy Spirit indwelling us

12 God’s purpose was that we Jews who were the first to trust in Christ would bring praise and glory to God. 13 And now you Gentiles have also heard the truth, the Good News that God saves you.

And when you believed in Christ, He identified you as His own[b] by giving you the Holy Spirit, whom He promised long ago. 14 The Spirit is God’s guarantee that He will give us the inheritance He promised and that He has purchased us to be his own people. He did this so we would praise and glorify him. And accepting Jesus brings us into God’s family!

Paul’s Prayer for Spiritual Wisdom

15 Ever since I first heard of your strong faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for God’s people everywhere,[c] 16 I have not stopped thanking God for you. I pray for you constantly, 17 asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom[d] and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God.

18 I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope He has given to those He called His holy people who are His rich and glorious inheritance.[e]

19 I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe Him. This is the same mighty power 20 that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms. Understand that as, we now having Christ indwelling us, we have His power to call upon in our life.

21 Now He is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come. 22 God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made him head over all things for the benefit of the church. 23 And the church is his body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with Himself. We are filled with Christ, our King, our leader.  God empowers us with Himself. You can see in this passage how God has had a plan from the beginning, and how He calls us all to see His mighty love for us; He gives us the ability to call upon Him for our needs. We are the special children of His heart!

.Yes that is us. We are the children of His heart

DEATH IS A THIEF

Pain is a hole in the soul where the loved one use to live; they are gone, the sharing, the hugs, the light sparkling in the eyes, the words of wisdom, the laughter. . . all gone in a flash. Death has stolen them away, and it hurts so much!

Time goes by, but I am nowhere. I sit in my pain tears streaming. Where did life go? I know my loved one is with Jesus now, and they are happy sharing His glory. That is some comfort, and one day it will help. for now, feeling loneliness. Lord help me. You have been my strength always. Come, Jesus, and bolster my spirit, that I may feel alive again. You are mine, and I depend on You.

Thank You my Lord. Without You I would be bereft, without life. Thank You Lord for raining Your love into my spirit, Your Presence surrounds me and brings peace. I know it is not a constant feeling, but when I need ~ You are always near me; Your promises are true forever. Thank You. With You I can survive this loss.

A close contact, a spirit partner, tied together by invisible cord. The connection will never die! Thank You Lord for the anointing of Your hand on us! I love You Lord for the time You provided us, and one day we will meet up again in Your heavenly Kingdom!

Death is a thief, tho sometimes also a benevolent plan. When it takes away one who is suffering, it is a release. Those left behind will miss the soul and spirit of the one gone into eternity, but in their love they are relieved that the loved one is no longer in pain. But they are still gone.

STAND FAST

Posted on November 15, 2021 at 4:10 AM Comments comments (1748)

GPAN The following excerpt was taken from The Triumphant Church by Kenneth E. Hagin:

            Stand Fast in One Spirit

Only let your conversation [your manner of life and conduct] be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that YE STAND FAST IN ONE SPIRIT, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel. (Phil. 1:27) UNITY

Standing in faith and standing in God's grace are mighty fortresses against the devil. But the Bible also says we are to stand fast in one spirit. Strife and discord always open a door to the devil (James 3:16). When you stand strong in unity and forbid Satan to bring strife and division, you prevent him from gaining any ground in you.

Believers will probably never see every little thing just exactly alike because we are all at various stages of spiritual growth and development. But just because we disagree on minor issues doesn't mean we can't be in one spirit and one accord. Believers stand strong against the enemy by being in one spirit and by not allowing division and strife. Even in the face of differences, believers must learn to stand fast in one spirit if they are going to maintain a strong defense against the devil.

If you are standing fast in one spirit you can disagree without being disagreeable. Walking in love closes the door to the devil. When you get over into the Spirit and you walk in love, many issues you thought were so important don't seem to be so important any more. We shouldn't let little issues divide us. Be one - stand fast in one spirit

                                      Stand Fast in the Lord

These words are so needed in today's pandemc separating world. The devil is all into breaking up loving relationships, and he is succeeding. As we lose the support of people we care about, we are less able to cope with problems and stress in our lives. When we look at God's Word we see that His main  message is love. With love we can stand together in unity!

Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so STAND FAST IN THE LORD, my dearly beloved. (Phil 4:1)

What else does the believer do to take his stand against Satan? The Bible says we are to stand fast in the Lord. What does that mean? The answer is found in Ephesians 6:10.

Finally, my brethren, be STRONG IN THE LORD, and [be strong] IN THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT. (Ephesians 6:10)

Taking our stand against Satan includes taking our rightful position in Christ. Did you notice in Ephesians 6:10 that the Bible says we are to be strong in two areas:

Be strong IN THE LORD, and

Be strong IN THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT.

To be strong in the Lord, you'll have to be strong in His Word. But what is the power of God's might? The power of God's might is the Holy Ghost. (You Holy Spirit be the power that leads my life) Go through the New Testament and notice how many times "power" is mentioned in connection with the Holy Spirit. Some of these verses ie:

Acts 10:38 (Amplified Bible) How God anointed and consecrated Jesus of Nazareth with the [Holy] Spirit and with strength and ability and power; how He went about doing good and, in particular, curing all who were harassed and oppressed by [the power of] the devil, for God was with Him.

Romans 15:13 (The Message) And Isaiah's word:
There's the root of our ancestor Jesse, breaking through the earth and growing tree tall,
Tall enough for everyone everywhere to see and take hope. . .  so that your believing lives, filled with the life-giving energy of the Holy Spirit, will brim over with hope!

Romans 15:13 (Amp) May the God of your hope so fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound and be overflowing (bubbling over) with hope.

And Jesus returned in the POWER of the SPIRIT into Galilee...(Luke 4:14)

But you shall receive POWER - ABILITY, EFFICIENCY and MIGHT - when the HOLY SPIRIT has come upon you...(Acts 1:18 AMP)

You won't be able to be strong in the power of God's might without being filled with the Holy Spirit and without praying. Part of taking a victorious stand against the devil is to be filled to overflowing with the Holy Spirit. You won't be able to stand strong against the devil as an empty vessel.

Holy God, You are my Protector. Surround me with Your shield. Indwelling Holy Spirit to You I submit this day; take hold of this day and guide me through it.

My frlends, it is glorious to have God Himself indwelling us, helping guide us through our problems, situations, relationships, etc. I strongly encourage you to seek to find God and truly know Him!

THE REBELLIOUS SOUL

Posted on November 3, 2021 at 5:00 AM Comments comments (1994)

Sometimes I come to know that a radical decision is necessary! It will be a deep choice that seems foreign to today’s society. However,  if one is radical in making a commitment for Christ, it can be a mystery to others, but I have chosen today to take that step.

2 Corinthians 4:9-12 (The Message) If you only look at us, you might well miss the brightness. We carry this precious Message around in the unadorned clay pots of our ordinary lives. That's to prevent anyone from confusing God's incomparable power with us. As it is, there's not much chance of that.

You know for yourselves that we're not much to look at. We've been surrounded and battered by troubles, but we're not demoralized; we're not sure what to do, but we know that God knows what to do; we've been spiritually terrorized, but God hasn't left our side; we've been thrown down, but we haven't broken.

What they did to Jesus, they do to us—trial and torture, mockery and murder; what Jesus did among them, He does in us—He lives! Our lives are at constant risk for Jesus' sake, which makes Jesus' life all the more evident in us. While we're going through the worst, you're getting in on the best!

Galatians 2:20 (Amplified Bible) I have been crucified with Christ [in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the Messiah) lives in me; and the life I now live in the body I live by faith in (by adherence to and reliance on and complete trust in) the Son of God, Who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

You Holy Spirit inhabit this body. I do submit it and all its thoughts, its actions its focus to You, Jesus. You run this body like a machine that You own; You activate it to Your purposes to give glory to the Father. You did that on earth when You lived here Jesus; You finished the work God gave You to do, and that brought glory to the Father. Bring my life to give glory to the Father by fulfilling the purpose He put in me.

Galatians 2:20 (The Message)

19-21What actually took place is this: I tried keeping rules and working my head off to please God, and it didn't work. So I quit being a "law man" so that I could be God's man. Christ's life showed me how, and enabled me to do it. I identified myself completely with Him. Indeed, I have been crucified with Christ. My ego is no longer central.

It is no longer important that I appear righteous before you or have your good opinion, and I am no longer driven to impress God. Christ lives in me. The life you see me living is not "mine," but it is lived by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

I am not going to go back on that. Yes, Christ lives in me. My ego is no longer important. I do not live by what others think of me. I am no longer driven to impress anyone, except to impress Your truth to them Father  ~ that You love them dearly and they are so precious to You!

What i see in this Scripture is that Jesus wants all of me. I want all of Him, and for that to happen . . .

He does not want some of me, that is, what I choose to give up to Him. He wants all of me. That sacrifice of my body is giving all of me to Him. THAT “ME” WAS INDEED CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST. WHEN HE AROSE, I AROSE WITH HIM ~~ IN ME.

MY EGO IS NO LONGER CENTRAL. MY LIFE IS NOT MINE. HOLY SPIRIT COME TAKE OVER MY LIFE TOTALLY. THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT. He says, “. I have not come to give you any blessing at all. You will find all that you need in Jesus. But I have come to put you to the cross, so that I may live in your body for the sake of a lost world.

OK. Put my ego, my will to the cross, so it is YOU who directs all I say, do and believe. My ego must die, so You can fully live in me. Your will be done, not mine. I choose this. Help me HOLY SPIRIT. Without You this would not be possible. I give You permission to . . . do what . . . ???

I will not make this decision blindly, ignorantly, without understanding of what is called upon. But I can make a decision based on trust in You. I know  You will keep me in Your truth, I choose to submit my self totally to You. I give You permission to do Your will in me. I require Your grace. I trust You will provide it.

AMEN

It is a revolutionary concept in this day and age, but I am choosing to be that rebel who is willing to give-it-all to my Lord and my God. Perhaps some few will join me, but the world has fallen so far into the immoral pit I’m sure not many will choose to be this utterly given over to Christ. Hoping I am wrong. Are you one?

WHOSE SCHEDULE TO LIVE BY?

Psalm 27:1-6 TPT

Yahweh is my revelation-light

and the source of my salvation.

    I fear no one!

I’ll never turn back and run, for you, Yahweh,

    surround and protect me.

2 When evil ones come to destroy me,

they will be the ones who turn back.

3 My heart will not fear even if an army rises to attack.

I will not be shaken, even if war is imminent.

4 Here’s the one thing I crave from Yahweh,

the one thing I seek above all else:

I want to live with him every moment in his house,[c]

beholding the marvelous beauty[d] of Yahweh,

filled with awe, delighting in his glory and grace.

I want to contemplate[e] in his temple.

5–6 In the day of trouble, He will treasure[f] me in his shelter,

under the cover of his tent.

He will lift me high upon a rock,

out of reach from all my enemies who surround me.

Triumphant now, I’ll bring him my offerings of praise,

singing and shouting with ecstatic joy

Yes, I will sing praises to Yahweh!

Sometimes (like today) I wake up in the morning and  forget to ask Jesus to make ‘today’ His day ~ let this day be His design and command.~    I then find my mind unfocused. I go thru routines of morning. . . make coffee, clean up kitchen when it has things left over from the night before, make coffee ~ drink coffee and begin my quiet time with the Lord. . . like now.

Other times I wake up with Jesus on my mind and there He remains as I hurry thru my kitchen chores so we can spend time talking together and just intentionally BEING together. Oh yes, like now. It takes a little more to get here on sluggish mornings ~ but I do arrive. How I love Him!

Thank You, my Lord, for Your wonderful nature ~ that You want to be with me too. You love me and also enjoy these moments. I can feel Your Presence wrapped around me, and my spirit responds in joy. What are our plans today Lord? Yes I have things I put on today's, but if Your plans are different, please tell me ~ we will go with Yours.

For now, what do You want to say to me?

Advice on helping a friend:

“she is a fragile flower. Be gentle but speak truth." Lord, please give me Your words to speak to her.  "Yes remember how powerful is my Word!". Holy Spirit please give me Your Words of power for both my friends. I know and I believe Your Holy Word is packed with power, so tell me which Scripture to speak to each of them.

2 Timothy 3:16

16 God has transmitted his very substance into every Scripture,[a] for it is God-breathed.[b] It will empower you by its instruction and correction, giving you the strength to take the right direction and lead you deeper into the path of godliness.

Ephesians 5:8-10, 15-16 (The Passion Translation)

8 Once your life was full of sin’s darkness, but now you have the very light of our Lord shining through you because of your union with Him. Your mission is to live as children flooded with his revelation-light! 9 And the supernatural fruits of His light[a] will be seen in you—goodness, righteousness, and truth. 10 Then you will learn to choose what is beautiful to our Lord.

15–16 So be very careful how you live, not being like those with no understanding, but live honorably with true wisdom, for we are living in evil times. Take full advantage of every day as you spend your life for His purposes.

I love it as 2 Timothy says, Your Word is infused with You ~ it is Your thoughts with Your power in the Words. It s something I can depend on, lean on, trust in. How precious that You love us so much; You give us so many chances to 'Know You', so we can love You too. You want us to spend eternity with You.

My friends, I urge You to seek God, for He loves you so much!  He sent His Son to rescue us from damnation. Jesus was tortured and died a painful death to pay for our sin; consequently when we are sorry for our sins, and we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we are cleansed of all our sins, born anew, recieve a whole new nature making us a true child of God, part of His family with the inheritance of that gift. So in my heart, I so want you to choose Jesus who truly loves you more than you can know!

GRACE

Grace

Grace empowers us to go beyond our natural ability, empowers us to walk as Jesus walked. We have His nature. How did Jesus walk?

He, Jesus, walked in amazing godliness and purity. We must cleanse ourselves from everything unclean and become completely holy. Grace allows it. Pursue holiness, a product of God’s grace. We excuse ourselves saying 'well Jesus is God, of course He walked in holiness.'  We on the other hand are human ~ yet if we have invited Christ to live in us, then we receive the grace empowering us to live as Jesus did on earth

.

GOD GIVES US GRACE

2 Corinthians 6:1 AMP

LABORING TOGETHER [as God's fellow workers] with Him then, we beg of you not to receive the grace of God in vain [that merciful kindness by which God exerts His holy influence on souls and turns them to Christ, keeping and strengthening them - do not receive it to no purpose].

Grace empowers us to serve God acceptably. Do not waste grace.

2 Corinthians 7:1 TPT

Beloved ones, with promises like these, and because of our deepest respect and worship of God, we must remove everything from our lives that contaminates body and spirit, and continue to complete the development of holiness within us.

II Corinthians 6:6-9 We prove ourselves by our purity, our understanding, our patience, our kindness, by the Holy Spirit within us, and by our sincere love. 7 We faithfully preach the truth. God’s power is working in us. We use the weapons of righteousness in the right hand for attack and the left hand for defense. 8 We serve God whether people honor us or despise us, whether they slander us or praise us. We are honest, but they call us impostors. 9 We are ignored, even though we are well known. We live close to death, but we are still alive. We have been beaten, but we have not been killed.

God ~ Grace empowers us to live this life.

Acts 4:33 With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And God’s grace was so powerfully at work in them all. Great grace gives great power. Jesus healed the sick (and raised the dead).

Sometimes my mind gets filled with things of the world. Then I need go to my God and pray: “Lord, my God, You are great, high and lifted up! You are the light of the world! You are the light on my path that guides my life. Thank You my precious Lord! I love You. Give me wisdom to get rid of distractions. I want time with You. Help me use my time wisely and without distractions.because sometimes my intentions start out good, but end up empty. Help me Abba, I miss You.

God will lead us into the storm, and He will give us the power to overcome. God is NOT the Author of tribulation, but God will train us in areas He knows we need strength. Jesus will return in the power of the Holy Spirit. Believe in Him and suffer for His sake. The greater the battle the greater the victory. Jesus’s seed is in me and He is the greatest warrior ever!

Ephesians 6:10-12 Message

And that about wraps it up. God is strong, and he wants you strong. So take everything the Master has set out for you, well-made weapons of the best materials. (Ephesians 6:10-20)  And put them to use so you will be able to stand up to everything the Devil throws your way. This is no afternoon athletic contest that we'll walk away from and forget about in a couple of hours. This is for keeps, a life-or-death fight to the finish against the Devil and all his angels.

We use God’s weapons!!

Corinthians 10:3-4 For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons.

4For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds,

We have power to fight till the battle is won. There’s no doubt we will win, because the Word says we are always victorious in Jesus!

1 Corinthians 15:56-57

56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin [by which it brings death] is the law; 57 but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory [as conquerors] through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Count it all joy when we go thru troubles remembering God is not the source of them. But He will use them if we agree and we will grow stronger thru them.

Know the enemy's goal: to kill, steal, and destroy!! Jesus comes to bring us joy in abundance ~

John 10:10 The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows)

James 1:2-8 TPT

My fellow believers, when it seems as though you are facing nothing but difficulties, see it as an invaluable opportunity to experience the greatest joy that you can! For you know that when your faith is tested it stirs up in you the power of endurance. And then as your endurance grows even stronger, it will release perfection into every part of your being until there is nothing missing and nothing lacking. ...

The Scriptures teach us the right perspective ~ keep our eyes on Jesus and the Word and know God is here to help us attain our victoey in every struggle!

GOD PREPARES THE WAY

This work is taken from  GPAN June 1, 2011

The following excerpt is taken from Touch The World Through Prayer by Wesley L. Duewel:

God Needs You to Help Prepare His Way

"A voice of one calling: 'In the desert prepare the way for the Lord; make straight in the wilderness a highway for our God. Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain. And the glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all mankind together will see it. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken'" (Is. 40:3-5).

Our Greatest Hope

My friends, our world is sinking into the pits of the evil one, and it is time for us to seek the only One who has the answers for our escape. He is our Lord God.  What we know fom history is that mighty works of God are done only after He has blessed adequate preparation. It is time for us to  be on our knees to pray believing ~ You, Lord, prepare us adequately for this purpose too; we trust You Almighty God.

God planned to lead the children of Israel out of Egypt and into their new home in Canaan. He planned to deliver them from idolatry and to make them into the people who were to receive God's revelation in the Old Testament and to be the people of the Messiah.
But first God had to make great preparations~

He prepared Moses for forty years in the desert before Moses was ready to lead Israel. Through the miracle - judgments of the plagues in Egypt, He prepared that nation to release Israel from their bondage. Through those same events, Israel was prepared to accept the truth that Jehovah alone was God. It was necessary, too, for Israel to be prepared to receive the Ten Commandments and Old Testament law. For this purpose God used their experiences between Egypt and Canaan and His revelation of Himself to Moses at Sinai.

The coming of Jesus was also carefully orchestrated...  God permitted the Greek language to become the commercial or trade language of the Mediterranean world, including Palestine and Rome, so that the New Testament in Greek could be immediately usable throughout the whole area at the dawn of the early church. Roman roads, Roman rule, and Roman peace were also used of God to expedite the spread of the Gospel. Babylonian captivity had at least cured the Jews of their repeated relapses into their besetting sin of idolatry. Christ could not come until idol worship was utterly forsaken.

(Highways in that day were literally elevated roads, built higher than the surrounding countryside in many places. Passes were opened through mountainous areas, rough areas were leveled, the crooked was made straight, and all impediments were removed. It was painstaking work, requiring hard labor on the part of many. But it was essential preparation for a road worthy of a king).

(Only God knows how many hidden intercessors prepared the way for Christ's first coming. Just as the intercessors of Ezra and Nehemiah enabled the Jews to return to their homeland, so heaven's honor rolls (Exod. 32:32; Ps. 56:8; 87:6; Mal. 3:36) include many names of intercessors over the centuries who prepared the way for the Incarnation. Their role will be recognized at the judgment seat of Christ (2 Cor. 5:10). Their testimonies will be shared with us and will undoubtedly be researched by the historians of eternity.)

In every great revival or time of spiritual harvest in the Christian church, history records preparation by God's people. God usually makes use of some evangelists with prophetic messages, especially just before some mighty work. But by far the greater preparation seems to be shared by many people, often in hidden places. Theirs is the preparation of prayer. Often the extent of the prayer preparation is unrealized until after God's work of power when research uncovers the true facts.

So my friends God is working in our times too. We know He created all of us for a purpose, and He blessed us with talents and abilities which He will help us develop. To state a Biblical phrase: "Who knows whether you were not born for such a time as this?"  Holy Spirit has been given to us to aid us in our growth and understanding of our Purpose. Pray for His help as You find need, and know He is working in You.

This is true for all who have invited Christ to abide in, live in their hearts. If you have not done this yet, do it now. Jesus died for us a horrible death of crucifixion to pay for our sins, so we would be cleansed of ALL  our sin.

He paid our debt in full. Repent of your sins and ask Jesus to come and live in you. When we invite Jesus, God’s Son, to dwell within us. we become new creations, true sons and daughters of Almighty God. All the blessings of being a part of God’s family become our inheritance. . . includes joy, peace, freedom from sin's chains, and a close relationship with Almighty God.

Please do not delay! The rewards are great!

TREASURE OF RELATIONSHIP

It’s no longer me, my ego, me who is living in this body, Christ, the Messiah, the Son of God is living in me. I’m not only human. Jesus is the boss; its Him I obey. My mind must think His thoughts. I am a spirit being. My emotions, my feelings are not the ruler, the leader. They can be manipulated by the enemy. I do not trust them

Rather I trust my God and His Word.

The Holy Spirit will help me bear witness of Jesus to others. Worthy are You Lord! worthy of my praise and worship. You are high and lifted up, full of glory and strength. all-powerful, all loving, You love me. Nothing else matters, You take care of me. NOTHING ELSE MATTERS. YOU will lead and guide me, It’s You I depend on, my God.

                     I am not only human

You, my all powerful God. live in me, are a part of me, work through me. Holy Spirit I give You control of my life. . . You live Your life in me; I submit my life to You, my ego, myself. You be in control. I choose to live in my spirit not my flesh. I am Yours.

It’s not like some inanimate object being in me, You interact with my soul {My mind, will and emotions) You are a major part of who I am. . . the largest part. You speak to me and guide my thoughts and actions! I’m looking for You always to be my guide.

My God responds: "I love you, my child. I will lead and guide you in the way I want you to go. You are Mine."

I follow You! I love You and our connection. Thank You Abba.

My Lord told me, “Take one day at a time and live it for Me,
I will take care of the rest.” (May, 25 2011)

My Friends, as time grows short, it is important that we really build our relationship with our God. Do you feel the closeness His love desires with you? We need to engage in this beautiful bond we are offered!

How can I praise You anew my Lord ~ for real, so it is not just words? I want to praise You with my whole being, spirit, body, soul. You are so mammoth in Your wonder that I am awestruck! There is no word to convey how big You are, how excellent You are, how magnificent You are. No word at all. Then -  I come to Your immense love for me. I am so imperfect, so prone to mistakes, to heading the wrong way, yet You not only forgive me, You bring me back on track as tho I’d never left. You are so gentle in Your upbringing of me; I am so unworthy of and in myself. Here again, because of Your great love, You Jesus came to rescue me, to bring me to righteousness. You paid the horrible price! Now I can walk in Your rightness and follow and hear Your voice as a shepherd; it is now possible for me to come into the throne room and meet with You there ~ You, Holy Spirit, and the Father.

There is no way for me to comprehend why You wanted me, but You did. You created me because You wanted me. You wanted me to exist. . . to be. . . to love me~and then You teach me to love You. You desired a love relationship with me. You are Jesus. At great cost you took my sin-debt on Yourself, breaking the chains of  sin that held me in debt  and now I am free to live and love and spend eternity in joy and gladness with You and Daddy God as well.

Is that disrespectful Jesus? to call the Father Daddy? Abba? Thank You Holy Spirit for answering me: The Father holds a deep affection for me. He calls me by my name. He dances over me with joy. When I hold deep affection for Him so as to call Him Daddy that is ok. It is a term of love and affection and brings the realization to me of my love for Him. Despite His immenseness, I can find His heart of love for me. It’s personal between me and God. It’s relationship in its deepest connection.

Dear Friends, Do you share in this kind of connection with our divine Creator? You can have it. Just desire it and ask for it. Feel remorse for your sins and ask Jesus to come and be the King of your heart. He has already paid the price for your sin, so He brings complete forgiveness, and expresses His great love for you!

EVIL WON'T WIN

TRUSTING GOD   Acts 28:1-6

1 Once safely on shore, we found out that the island was called Malta. 2 The islanders showed us unusual kindness. They built a fire and welcomed us all because it was raining and cold. 3 Paul gathered a pile of brushwood and, as he put it on the fire, a viper, driven out by the heat, fastened itself on his hand. 4 When the islanders saw the snake hanging from his hand, they said to each other, “This man must be a murderer; for though he escaped from the sea, the goddess Justice has not allowed him to live.”

5 But Paul shook the snake off into the fire and suffered no ill effects. 6 The people expected him to swell up or suddenly fall dead; but after waiting a long time and seeing nothing unusual happen to him, they unusual happen to him, they changed their minds and said he was a god.

What God does for one, He will do for another. God can nullify any evil effects of the vaccin. Paul just shook off that poisonness snake and suffered no ill effects. Jesus returned authority and dominion back to us by His sufferings of the crucifixion and death. Jesus said “It is finished” then died having fulfilled all the prophesies. We gained salvation, healing, authority, dominion and all the things we lost with Adam’s betrayal / satan no longer has power over us. He works only by lies and deceit now. Any power he has ~ we have to give him. We can resist him and he will flee. Christ defeated him and restored our authority and dominion God gave us at creation. Thank You Jesus!

My God You are so good! You bless us extraordinarily! These days are so full of seeming satanic victories, but we know in the end evil will not win. We can depend on You for a successful battle.

WE MUST PRAY

Lord our hearts are sorrowing over what is happening in our nation. The enemy has taken over and evil prevails. Lord our people do not concur with our govrnment since they are being duplicitous and are led by the evil one. Lord we lift up this nation and pray:

2 Chronicles 7:14-15

14 If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land.

15 Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer offered in this place.

Lord we do bow our heads and lift up our country placing it in Your hands, because we know You are faithful to Your holy Word. We as a people do humble ourselves and seek Your face, turn from our wicked ways, and we require You Lord; we must have a deeper relationship with You! It is time to truly see You as our Almighty God. There is none like You, Lord! We need You! Only You have the answer to return our country to righteousness. We beg You Lord, show us what we must do if You have an assignment for us. We will pray and build our connection with You to a higher level.

Lord the people of Afghanistan are in deep trouble. Let us pray for those being held hostage, for those whose live are in danger, for the women who will lose their freedom and the young ones who are being held as sex slaves. We lift them up asking Your help for them. It looks like only You can help them now. Be with them and strengthen them Lord!

Oh God, our world is in sad shape right now. Let Your will be done.

GOD IS SO GOOD TO US

You are my eternal God. You always were and You always will be. You created us out of Your great love. We blew it and now our lives have many hardships. BUT you provided a way to redeem us, to bring us back into Yourself, to actually have You to live inside of us and to provide guidance and leadership through life. You are so full of love. Fill us with Your love, that we may love as You love. Let Your tears that flowed down our faces flow in love for Your people. Allow us to love others as You love them. You know those souls You have provided for salvation that can be influenced by Your Word. I am Yours to do with as You will. You will supply the provision. I trust You!

Now let’s dive beneath the surface praying to go deeper into God. If you hunger to go deeper, pray for it: Pull us deeper Lord, deeper than we’ve ever been before:

1. Trust Holy Spirit to guide us in the words to speak. Do not prepare ahead of time, except to pray.

 [Remember]

John 3:16 (The Message) "This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in Him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn't go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was.

He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in Him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust Him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person's failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to Him.

God You love us so much. How can we ever return Your love? According to Jesus it’s only by obedience we can show our love to You. It’s also by “feed My sheep”.

This is the command He gave to Peter. We show our love for You Jesus by spreading the salvation Gospel to all we meet. Jesus we need you working in us like Hebrews 13:20-21 promises:

Hebrews 13:20-21 (Amplified Bible)

Now may the God of peace [Who is the Author and the Giver of peace], Who brought again from among the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, by the blood [that sealed, ratified] the everlasting agreement (covenant, testament),

Strengthen (complete, perfect) and make you what you ought to be and equip you with everything good that you may carry out His will; [while He Himself] works in you and accomplishes that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ (the Messiah); to Whom be the glory forever and ever (to the ages of the ages). Amen (so be it).

2. You Father, the Author and Giver of peace, You raised Jesus from the dead sealing the everlasting covenant! Sealing the everlasting covenant, the final covenant covering us for all eternity granting us everlasting life with You in heaven when we fulfill our part of the covenant. . . accepting the gift of Your Son’s payment by torture and crucifixion for our sin debt. We accept and choose to live lives Your way following Your commands.

3. Now we pray this Scripture that You would indeed Strengthen, complete, and perfect us making us what we ought to be as a child of Almighty God! How wonderful You are! You do not just command us to fulfill your demands. You strengthen us and help us become who You call us to be.

4. You Father, we ask to equip us with everything good You give us everything good that we need . .

5. .so we may carry out Your will, . . . to follow Your will for our life.

6. while You Yourself actually work in us and accomplish that which is pleasing in Your sight through Jesus Whom we glorify forever and ever. Amazing that You actually work IN US to accomplish what You desire that we can please You. You never hang us out to dry. You are ever and constantly in us helping us. WOW!

7 We count on You Lord! Without You we are incapable of anything pleasing to You.

We need, require, Your work in us, Your strength working in us. With that we are capable of doing all things You call us to do!

BUILDING THE RELATIONSHIP

A prayer ~ Guide me Holy Spirit in my time with You today

My Father, I receive the message this morning: YOU have trained me up in the way I should go. You have taught me those things necessary for the purpose You have given tomy life. You will be asking things of me' that could be difficult and out of my comfort zone, but You will never leave me, and I can trust that You have prepared me for what You ask of me. YOU HAVE TRAINED ME UP.

I ask that You continue and never stop training me. Speak to me Lord, that I may always hear Your voice. Help me Jesus as You speak to the Father, allow me to come closer to You, that Your love may flow in ever increasing volume through me. I want Your heart Jesus, Your love. Fill me, drench me, overflow me in Your love and let it happen now! Jesus I hunger for Your love to flow thru me. How else can I take it and tell it to others? You love me and take care of me, my ‘Big Brother.’ I love You too. Do not let this seem like I am minimizing YOU JESUS. It’s a relationship that I can relate closely with at this time. You do love me; You asked Peter 3 times, “Do you love me?” Then You said “Feed my sheep.” Give me whatever I need to do Your will to feed Your sheep ~ to take the gospel to those who need to hear, Your love to those who need to know it. Thank You Jesus!

And You are my God; You created me some years ago. [Abraham lived 900 years!] I am just a pup.] You smiled over me. You put a fire in me. You made me uniquely Yours. Here I am now at this age ready for a new season in my life, a season of following after You to a deeper depth. You have put a yearning in my heart to bring as many of Your people as possible to You. Lord, You know me. You put in me that I need to do Your will. Close doors that need to be closed, Lord. Open doors You want open. Open ways You want me to go. I live my life for You now. The future is in Your hands and I am in Your hands. You will take care of me. You have given me a man to care for me, a husband who dearly loves me. Thank You! Bless him Lord. Guide him in the ways he should go.

Bless our children and grandchildren Lord! Your Word promises:

Isaiah 65:23 (Message) They won't work and have nothing come of it,

they won't have children snatched out from under them.

For they themselves are plantings blessed by God,

with their children and grandchildren likewise God-blessed.

Before they call out, I'll answer.

Before they've finished speaking, I'll have heard.

You are also the God who holds an enormous love for all Your children, including me. You invite me into the Throne room ~ right into Your glorious Presence! I enter in and fall down first to worship and then to sit in rest in Your glory allowing it to enter into my spirit. Head bowed, eyes unable to look at the brightness of Your glory, I can hear You speak:

You call me, “Mary, I call you by your name. You are Mine”. You speak loving words to me. Then You pass me on to hear Jesus speak to me. He tells me He will take me places I do not wish to go. I must trust Him completely. He will never let go of me. My children and grandchildren are in His hands. God will take care of them and we will all meet in heaven forever. He will also take care of my brother and sisters and their families. We will all, spend eternity together. But I must be obedient: listen for His word and obey what He tells me to do.

My friends, God desires us to have an intimate relationship with Him. He cherishes us and wants the best for us. Knowing Him closely, deeply,  gives  the best life in every way! Let that be your goal, your efforts now.

KNOW GOD BY EXPERIENCE

Know, my friends, that our wonderful God is love. He loves us as His children ~ we are His beloved family. He is Abba, our dear Father. Many have no concept of this God. They follow a religion that teaches an idea of God, or others either deny Him totally, or mock Him as simply a crutch for weak people. They are ignorant of the eternal God who always was and always will be. Some choose to think they are superior and have the power to get what they want neglecting their spiritual side completely.

But lets look at God’s Word which shows His feelings toward us:

Ephesians 3:16-21

16 May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened and reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality]

He indwells us to lend His strength for us to improve our lives. When we depend on Him, understanding how much He loves us, our lives soar above fears. We become indomitable conquorers!

17 May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love and founded securely on love,

Our hearts expand with God in them. We welcome Jesus to live in us. We build relationship with Him sharing love and being mentored by Holy Spirit

18 That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God’s devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it];

19 [That you may really come] to know [practically, [a]through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses [b]mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] [c]unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and [d ]become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]!

It’s one thing to intellectually ‘know’ Christ, but quite a difference to encounter Him by experience, for then one intimately “knows” Him.

20 Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]—

21 To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen (so be it).

My friends to live our life with God as our focus, and building a deep relationship with Him, will cause fears to flee and joy to fill us.

DO YOU REALLY KNOW GOD LOVES YOU?

Posted on August 10, 2021 at 4:00 AM Comments comments (1941)

Do You know God loves you? Deeply? Perfectly? He cherishes us and has designed a great life for each of us. To know His love, we must get to know Him. How do we come to know Him?  He is found in the Bible. You see,  the Bible is the Word of God. His thoughts are written here, and spending time in the Bible is how we get acquainted with God, and we come to love Him as well. Abba, Father,  cherishes us with a perfect love. But for what purpose did He create us? One purpose is because God wanted a family to love. We are His kids.

Another is found is in 1 John:

1 John 4:7-11,18-19 TPT

God Is Love

Those who are loved by God, let His love continually pour from you to one another, because God is love. Everyone who loves is fathered by God and experiences an intimate knowledge of Him. 8 The one who doesn’t love has yet to know God, for God is love.[a] 9 The light of God’s love shined within us[b] when He sent his matchless [c] Son into the world so that we might live through Him.

So the Word tells us because of Jesus and His payment of our sin debt, we have the marvelous love of God in us, and it can pour through us to others. We become carriers of His love.

[d] 10 This is love:[e] He loved us long before we loved him. It was his love, not ours. He proved it by sending his Son to be the pleasing sacrificial offering to take away our sins.[f]

11 Delightfully loved ones, if He loved us with such tremendous love, then “loving one another” should be our way of life!

Footnotes for 1 John

4:8 Or “God continually exists, being love.”

4:9 Or “God’s love was revealed among us.” The base word for “revealed” is phainō, “to shine light.”

4:9 Or “only begotten.” That is, Jesus had no beginning and was the eternal Son of God as part of the triune essence or Godhead.

4:9 The Aramaic can be translated “that we might live in His hand,” considered to be an idiom for living by His grace.

4:10 The Aramaic can be translated “This is how love was born.”

4:10 The Greek term hilasmos can be described as “a cleansing, satisfying sacrifice that provides a covering shelter.” A form of the word is used for “mercy seat” in Hebrews.

God’s love provides the answers for life’s greatest questions:

Why was I created? To receive and experience God’s love.

Does God care about me? God’s love is indiscriminate; he loves everyone and cares about every detail of our lives.

Am I really free to choose or reject God’s love? Yes—love must be a choice, freely and without compulsion.

What is the way of salvation? Love became a man, Jesus Christ, who died as our sacrificial offering and by believing in Him we receive the gift of salvation.

How can I really know that I am saved? When we respond with faith to God’s loving invitation and then demonstrate it by loving others, we have the assurance of our salvation.

How can I know that God loves me? His love prompted Him to send his unique and beautiful Son to the earth to be our Savior and Redeemer. He offers to everyone the invitation to experience even deeper measures of his love. And he gives us his Holy Spirit as confirmation that He loves and cherishes us and gives us the power to love others.

See Ephesians. 3:16–18

May He grant you out of the riches of His glory, to be strengthened and spiritually energized with power through His Spirit in your inner self, [indwelling your innermost being and personality], 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through your faith. And may you, having been [deeply] rooted and [securely] grounded in love, 18 be fully capable of comprehending with all the saints (God’s people) the width and length and height and depth of His love [fully experiencing that amazing, endless love

What Jesus did for us is explained in Romans. We become new creatures:

 Romans 5:1-5

Our New Life

5 Our faith in Jesus transfers God’s righteousness to us and He now declares us flawless in His eyes.[a] This means we can now enjoy true and lasting peace[b] with God, all because of what our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One, has done for us. 2 Our faith guarantees us permanent access into this marvelous kindness[c] that has given us a perfect relationship with God. What incredible joy bursts forth within us as we keep on celebrating our hope of experiencing God’s glory!

5 . . . we can now experience the endless love of God cascading into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who lives in us![f]

Footnotes

5:1 Or “having already been declared righteous.” What bliss! We are declared righteous in the eyes of the Holy God. This is the wonder of grace!

5:1 Or “Let us enjoy peace with God.” The Greek word for peace is eirene and can also mean “to join” (as in a dove-tail joint). We have entered into the union of our lives with God’s peace and enjoy lasting friendship with God. The Hebrew word is shalom, which means abundant peace and well-being. 5:2 Or “grace.”

My friends, Look at all we gain through our relationship with our loving God. If you do not enjoy that now, I encourage you to begin today. Accept the gift of salvation offered by Jesus; admit you are a sinner and thank Him for paying for your sin debt through His crucifixion and death. He rose again and we rejoice, as we accept His gift; we are  free of guilt and are seen sin free by the Father. We are redeemed!  We are cleansed! We are perfectly loved by the perfect Father!

PAUL TEACHES EPHESIANS

Posted on August 6, 2021 at 3:25 AM Comments comments (844)

My friends, Paul was such an inspiring teacher!! He was on fire to bring forth the messages and mysteries of God's Word. I love Ephesians which he actually wrote while imprisoned for his faith. I invite you to just settle down with me and let’s share some of Ephesians 3~

Ephesians 3:6-13

The Divine Mystery

3 Beloved friends, because of my love for Jesus Christ, I am now His prisoner for the sake of all of you who are not Jews, 2 so that you will hear the gospel that God has entrusted to me to share with you. 3 For this wonderful mystery, which I briefly described, was given to me by divine revelation, 4 so that whenever you read it you will be able to understand my revelation and insight into the secret mystery of the Messiah.

Paul did not mind suffering for his faith, so long as he could spread the richness of the Gospel. Here he reveals the mystery that was hidden through the ages:

5 There has never been a generation that has been given the detailed understanding of this glorious and divine mystery until now. He kept it a secret until this generation. God is revealing it only now to his sacred apostles and prophets by the Holy Spirit.

So it is not only the Jewish people who are privileged to know God, but non-Jewish believers as well. That would be a shock to the people of the time. Now all believers can become one with the Body of Christ, one with God!

6 Here’s the secret: The gospel of grace has made you, non-Jewish believers, into co-heirs of his promise through your union with Him. And you have now become members of his body—one with the Anointed One!

One thing that becomes evident is Paul's humility. He is careful to give God the glory, calling himself the least significant. I believe it was because of Paul's humble spirit that God was able to use him so powerfully!

7–8 I have been made a messenger of this wonderful news by the gift of grace that works through me. Even though I am the least significant of all His holy believers, this grace-gift was imparted when the manifestation of his power came upon me. Grace alone empowers me so that I can boldly preach this wonderful message to non-Jewish people, sharing with them the unfading,[a] inexhaustible riches of Christ, which are beyond comprehension.

Paul was eager to spread the Gospel to those laid out by God's plan.

9 My passion is to enlighten every person to this divine mystery. It was hidden for ages past until now, and kept a secret in the heart of God, the Creator of all. 10 The purpose of this was to unveil before every throne and rank of angelic orders iln the heavenly realm God’s full and diverse wisdom revealed through the church.[b] 11 This perfectly wise plan was destined from eternal ages and fulfilled completely in our Lord Jesus Christ, so that now 12 we have boldness through Him,[c] and free access as kings[d] before the Father, because of our complete confidence in Christ’s faithfulness.

God has a good plan for each one of us as well as for each nation. As we fulfill the plan in our lives we have Gods help working for us and even inside of us. He prepares our lives as we progress through the years to become whom He created us to be. As we accept Christ as our Lord and Savior, His guidance is active in us all the time ~ every moment. He sends the Third Person of the Hoy Trinity, His Holy Spirit to actually indwell us.

We can develop a personal relationship with Him, and come to love Him as He loves us. 'Knowing God' is a life long journey. We will never know Him completely; part of the joy is discovering His many attributes and characteristics and mysteries. We have three Persons in one God; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit make up our One God. See? Mysteries. The human mind cannot comprehend  all of them; but as I said, it's as we grow, discovering and understanding them brings joy to our hearts.

Come choose to build relationship with our wonderful God!

RELATE TO JESUS

When I first came to know the Lord, I 'talked’ to the Father and developed a relationship with Him. Then  Abba (the Father)  spoke to me saying ~ "come to know Jesus".

Emphasize Jesus. This is an admonition from the reading. I had to emphasize it, because it is what the Father instructed me to do. He told me ‘Get to know Jesus and honor Jesus as you honor Me.’

Our Prayer:

Father You showed me Your huge heart. Give me a heart like Yours for Your people! Father put in me Your love for others; let me function always from love. Pray thru me Father with the mighty huge love You have for us all. Let people know how deep is Your love for us,. You are the Potter, I am the clay. Make of me the instrument You can use mightily. I am not willing to settle for mediocre. I want to be powerfully used by You! I desire to be fully who You created and purposed me to be.

Come Lord Jesus, my Rock! Continue to work in me as You promised.

God's response:

"Love each other; just live a life of loving

Just speak My word out of your mouth to lodge in their hearts.

Fear not. There is nothing to fear. Am I not enough? Can I not do it?

Trust in Me. Rest in Me. Call Me to be in you, to work in you. I love you!"

And God calls us:  "Come home for more faith to be poured into your breastplate of righteousness, to strengthen your faith. Come, it is pure gold and I will pour it into you. Come with your hungry heart; run into My open arms! Let Me hug you. I love you! Nothing can harm you. I have called you by your name; you are Mine! Just trust in Me.

Isaiah 43:1-2 ... I have called you by your name; you are Mine.

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned or scorched, nor will the flame kindle upon you.

This is the Scripture You gave me as You led me through the cancer journey, the encouraging words You formed within my soul for me to share with others. This is how You love us.

Lord, Jesus, I believe the book is what You were preparing me for ~ the book Cast Up A Highway. and teaching its message everywhere. . . building that inner strength~that breastplate of righteousness in pure gold within people. (A breastplate was a piece of armor covering and protecting the chest, the heart of the warrior.) This message of the book will create an iron-strong covering of protectiion, over the heart of the reader who constructs the highway within themselves. It s a spiritual strength of pure power and nothing of the enemy can penetrate it. Its sharing a personal love relationship with God Himself and that is why it is impenetrable.

Ephesians 6:13-15 (New King James Version) Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truthhaving put on the breastplate of righteousness,

15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

Your love flowing through us builds up that breastplate of righteousness.. Our relationship, feeding our intimacy with You constructs it. Lord,  Our country needs to see and know You, for we are under spiritual attack now!

Our nation are Your people, Lord!

Love conquers all... the enemy cannot fight

has no weapon that can come against love.

Fill Your children’s hearts so full of Your love,

for I know, Lord, love is our greatest weapon

and our strongest defense.

Ps 33:11 The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the thoughts of His heart through all generations.

JESUS!! It's You who redeemed us, You bought our ticket to heaven, You walked through agony with my face before You. It was for love of me and my sisters and brothers that You made that choice. Thank You!

OUR LIFE PURPOSE

Romans 5:1-2 (The Message)

By entering through faith into what God has always wanted to do for us—set us right with Him, make us fit for Him—we have it all together with God because of our Master Jesus.

And that's not all: We throw open our doors to God and discover at the same moment that he Has already thrown open His door to us. We find ourselves standing where we always hoped we might stand—out in the wide open spaces of God's grace and glory, standing tall and shouting our praise.

I praise You Jesus, You Who unlocked the doors of grace for me, Who opened the door to the paths of wisdom and grace. Without You and without them, I am nowhere and no one doing nothing of eternal value.

Lord Jesus I seek to live a life You lived. Your value was to do the work of the Father; I seek to do the same. You showed us Who the Father is. . . my job is to show people Who You and the Father truly are! Give me words to introduce You Jesus. I am Yours to form and mold. Time is short and I find myself becoming impatient to do Your work. Please slow me down to Your divine speed Jesus. Please help me get this right; help me show the love God has for us, for our people, and for our nation ~

 Our nation are Your peoples.

Love conquers all... the enemy cannot fight

has no weapon that can come against love.

Fill Your children’s hearts so full of Your love,

for I know, Lord, love is our greatest weapon

and our strongest defense.

Romans 5:1-2 (New Living Translation) Faith Brings Joy

Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God’s glory.

Jesus You came to give us fuller understanding of the Father. Open my eyes to fully grasp Your Word when I need the deepest meaning of it.

Psalm 33:8-11 (Amplified Bible)

8 Let all the earth fear the Lord [revere and worship Him]; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast. The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nought; He makes the thoughts and plans of the peoples of no effect. 11The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the thoughts of His heart through all generations.

Psalm 33:8-11 (The Message)

Earth-creatures, bow before God;
 world-dwellers—down on your knees!
Here's why: He spoke and there it was,
in place the moment he said so.

10-12 God takes the wind out of Babel pretense,
He shoots down the world's power-schemes. God's plan for the world stands up,
all His designs are made to last.
 Blessed is the country with God for God;

Keep working in me Lord. I am so not-ready for this task. You have so much work to do in this nation and in us. i know this for sure, because I thought I was ready ~  I can never be as ready as You require until I truly rely fully on You. No false humility,  because You know the deepest motives of the heart. Help me dig out and expose the deepest ones that are not of You Lord! I claim this Scripture as truth in my heart:

Philipians 2:13 For it is God Who is all the while effectually at work in you, energizing, [and creating] in you the power and desire] both to will and to work for His good pleasure and satisfaction and delight.

Your Word says it, and I believe  Lord, that You are working in me effectually; it is You creating and energizing me both to will and to work for Your good pleasure, satisfaction and delight. Your Word says it, so I know it must be true.

Philippians 2:12-13 (The Message)

What I'm getting at, friends, is that you should simply keep on doing what you've done from the beginning. When I was living among you, you lived in responsive obedience. Now that I'm separated from you, keep it up. Better yet, redouble your efforts. Be energetic in your life of salvation, reverent and sensitive before God. That energy is God's energy, an energy deep within you, God himself willing and working at what will give him the most pleasure.

'You see my friends, we are called. God inplanted a purpose within each of us that is His divine plan. We can all find it and achieve it, and when we do, God's blessings go with it. It is definitely achievable, because God will work inside of us to help us. Do you have a personal  relationship with God? If not know that time is short, and none of us know the span of time we have, so I urge you to develop a intimate knowing of our God, and a love for Him. He loves You and welcomes a closer tie with you.

THE FUTURE

                                                                                 \

Lord, during this tumultuous season, we have choices ~ to be negative and fearful, or confidently see through Your eyes. Whatever troubles the season holds, we know [with great confidence] that God  causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose; we know You can create good from any problem we encounter. So we seek Your Word to remind us:

Romans 8:28

And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.

It’s useless to try and see through the misty curtain of the future, it remains  a mystery. So Abba we humbly ask you to guide us on Your path into the times that are coming. You alone have the knowledge of what is there in our lives, so we seek wisdom, a closer connection with You, and pray that You will always be our guide keeping us on Your path. We know it may contain storms on the seas of life, then stay in our boat through them and help us trust You. There could be a forest with dangerous critters, or with mountainous regions requiring strength to climb (then give us the supernatural power to know and do whatever is Your will).

Basically we’re asking to always be in Your hands, for we are a citizen of Your Kingdom Jesus, not of the world. We must have awareness of Your ways, Your wisdom. 1 Corinthians 2:16 says I have THE MIND OF CHRIST. so Jesus what I ask is Your will.

1 Corinthians 2:16 (Amplified Bible) For who has known the mind and purposes of the Lord, so as to instruct Him?

But we have the mind of Christ [to be guided by His thoughts and purposes].

You Jesus are our King, to You alone we have allegiance. Each morning we seek Your vision of our day asking Holy Spirit to be our mentor throughout it. We immerse our life into Your life ~ You Holy Spirit living Your life in this body. And we are content to give You ourself as a vessel for Your use.

In this condition we have no fear, for we are confident that You will protect us and life will be not without challenges, but the best possible. We trust You and bow down to You. You are our God Whom we trust, love and obey.

CONQUER FEAR

FEAR is an enemy straight from hell, and satan uses it to weaken us in every area. It refocuses us away from God and His mighty Word. Desires of the enemy are to capture our mind in darkness and fog, our thoughts with confusion and doubts. Whereas God-thoughts toward us bring love and strength; God is our rear guard; nothing can sneak up unnoticed by Holy Spirit who indwells us; He promises us His care and protection. We battle the devil with the Word of God sealed in our minds~

Isaiah 4:5-6

5 And the Lord will create over the whole site, over every dwelling place of Mount Zion and over her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory shall be a canopy (a defense of divine love and protection).

6 And there shall be a pavilion for shade in the daytime from the heat, and for a place of refuge and a shelter from storm and from rain.

You, my Lord, have placed a canopy of Your glory over us and it is the defense of Your love and protection.

Isaiah 58:8 (Amp) Then shall your light break forth like the morning, and your healing (your restoration and the power of a new life) shall spring forth speedily; your righteousness (your rightness, your justice, and your right relationship with God) shall go before you [conducting you to peace and prosperity], and the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.

Indeed we have a rear guard so nothing can sneak up behind us, as our Holy Spirit sees all. Our world today offers many tools for the devil to frighten people. The pandemic was/is a biggie and has the assistance of the media to spread the fear. Threats from around the world continue to shout fear. China’s inroads into our power grid, and they’re seeking world domination gives rise to consternation. Violence is on the rise everywhere. What is threatening our future? The enemy would have us believe we are alone and hopelessly drowning in evil.

However, those who know their God can relax, because Jahova loves us and is mightier than our enemy; He will help bring us into the best place, He will bring us through all circumstances. See:

Romans 8:28 We are assured and know that [[a]God being a partner in their labor] all things work together and are [fitting into a plan] for good to and for those who love God and are called according to [His] design and purpose.

Freedom from fear comes from being obedient to God; studying His Word and choosing to be guided by the Holy Spirit in our words and actions. This way we come to know our God, His character, His power, His faithfulness, and His love for us. Then we can trust Him and be secure in His protection. Fear is deleted when we know Who our God is. We trust Him.

My friends, do not allow fear to rule your life! Rather become deeply acquainted with, and develop a close relationship with our mighty Lord God. If fear has captured your mind, FREE it with the Word and promises of our God Who loves and cherishes us as His family.

CLOSER TO THEE JESUS

Be like a  little child

When we pray, our first priority is not to move mountains or to cast out the devil, our first priority is to grow closer to God and step deeper into His Glory. When stepping deeper into His glory, we need to see ourselves righteous and washed in the precious Blood of Jesus.

PRAY: Jesus, I want to step deeper into Your glory. You have made me righteous and You have cleansed me of sin. Therefore I can come into Your glory. The Word says You Father raised me, personally, up together with Jesus and gave me joint seating with Jesus in the heavenly sphere. So that means I can see from Your perspective through Jesus eyes. I can see what’s happening on the earth and see with, yes, Your perspective.

My eyes see, my ears hear Your heart. Help me act as Jesus in every situation. I plead for grace to do what Jesus would do. There is no place I would rather be than here in Your Presence. If it is possible, let me live every moment in Your Presence. Jesus, the apostles lived in Your very Presence as You walked the earth. Now I can walk in Your very Presence with Holy Spirit indwelling me.

Jesus! Jesus! Jesus! Your name is mighty and powerful and all must bow before Your name! Jesus You walked the earth as a man just so we could come to know the Father and His love for us. And You came to take on our sin debt so our life on earth is just the beginning of our heavenly life with You.

I want to know You Jesus in a deeper way, to know how to live and express Your Spirit within me. Jesus Your love for us is something hard to comprehend, because what You did for us is die a horrible death so we could live. You love us individually  so much You were willing to go through excruciating pain for us. Why? because You love us.

Jesus, if we stand face to face now today, what would You say to us? What would I say to You? What is truth here? I think I  would shrivel up to nothing, shrink down to a puddle. I feel so insignificant. Yet You were willing to die for us. We repent.

Jesus, You say to us to not get drowned in Your crucifixion pain. Move past the pain into mission. That is, ‘show our love for YOU through obedience.’

Father, help us here. Give us Your grace to do as You command.  We bow before Jesus, King of kings! Interesting, I am seeing in me the old drive to go to the top person when something needs doing. And my God I see Father as top person. I am messed up here Lord. You are God, three in one. You are equal each as powerful, each all knowing, one in the same God! Father You instructed me to get to know Your Son Jesus. Holy Spirit of Jesus, teach me, immerse me in His love, that I may be obedient to my Father. Jesus, You are the key to many things I need to understand. From early on You said make wise choices:

Deuteronomy 30:19-20 (New Living Translation)  “Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live! You can make this choice by loving the Lord your God, obeying him, and committing yourself firmly to him. This is the key to your life. And if you love and obey the Lord, you will live long in the land the Lord swore to give your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.”

In making those choices, we are rewarded~

 Proverbs 4:12-13 (New Living Translation)

When you walk, you won’t be held back; when you run, you won’t stumble. Take hold of my instructions; don’t let them go. Guard them, for they are the key to life.

God is in control. Follow His instructions! He is our reward!

Revalation 3:10 “Because you have obeyed my command to persevere, I will protect you from the great time of testing that will come upon the whole world to test those who belong to this world. 11 I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take away your crown.

Revelation 3:10 “Because you kept my Word in passionate patience, I’ll keep you safe in the time of testing that will be here soon, and all over the earth, every man, woman, and child put to the test.

Lord God, You are the ruler of the universe. You know us and love us and will take care of us. We trust You and follow Your commands!

SEARCHING FOR A CLOSER WALK WITH GOD

                                        AWESOME GOD

 DIGGING DEEPER

Sometimes the terrible awesomeness of God hits me and sends me reeling into deep meditation. It always carries its reward of a new closeness with my God. It happened this morning. In the beginning I was distracted with my mind wandering here and yon. Then I ‘woke up’ and commanded it to return. God is so good! Holy Spirit began to lead me in prayer.

Sorry, my Lord. I come to our meeting this morning with scattered thoughts; help me, Lord, to rein them in. That You even desire to meet with me is so amazing! Deep breath. Moses asked God, “what shall I say when they ask 'Who sent me’?” You responded, “Say the Great I AM sent me.” You, God, are not hemmed in by time. For You there is no ‘was, will be’, there is only I AM. Before You I bow down my heart, my 'who I am' I submit to You; help me become who You created me to be.

Exodus 3:13-14 (AMP)

13 And Moses said to God, Behold, when I come to the Israelites and say to them, The God of your fathers has sent me to you, and they say to me, What is His name? What shall I say to them? 14 And God said to Moses, I Am Who I Am and What I Am, and I Will Be What I Will Be; and He said, You shall say this to the Israelites: I Am has sent me to you!

  • Footnotes: Exodus 3:15 To know the name of God is to witness the manifestation of those attributes and apprehend that character which the name denotes.

Can you feel the depth of that name? 'I AM' signifies so much ~ timelessness, absolute love, supreme power, unimaginable expansion ~ an incomprehensible being, totally surrounding. There simply are not words to express the grandness of Who our God is. HIS LOVE FOR US  S SO APPARENT IN HIS WORD!

Psalm 91:14 (AMP)

Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him; I will set him on high, because he knows and understands My name [has a personal knowledge of My mercy, love, and kindness—trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never forsake him, no, never].

Isaiah 52:6 (AMP)

Therefore My people shall know what My name is and what it means; therefore they shall know in that day that I am He who speaks; behold, I Am!

Indeed my God! You are the great I AM! This measures so deep and so high and so wide. You revealed Your staggering magnificence to David, and it comes out here:

Psalm 139:1-10

O Lord, you have examined my heart

and know everything about me.

2 You know when I sit down or stand up.

You know my thoughts even when I’m far away.

Even when it’s my mind traveling on tangents.

3 You see me when I travel and when I rest at home.

You know everything I do.

4 You know what I am going to say

even before I say it, Lord.

5 You go before me and follow me.

You place your hand of blessing on my head.

6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,

too great for me to understand!

7 I can never escape from your Spirit!

I can never get away from your presence!

8 If I go up to heaven, you are there;

if I go down to the grave, you are there.

9 If I ride the wings of the morning,

if I dwell by the farthest oceans,

10 even there your hand will guide me,

and your strength will support me.

You are always with me.

You will guide me.

You will always be my support. Your strength

upholds me, protects me, supports me.

Lord, You are so good! What a privilege to know You! Thank You that You continue to grow me closer to You. Thank You! I love being together with You, my Lord.
